Great Quality. Shippent took 3 Weeks to Europe (keep in mind that you need to pay taxes!). Looks beautiful and would recommend.
Customer service is nonexistent. Their website claims they’ll get back to you in 12hrs. 3 emails and 2 weeks later I still haven’t gotten a response

Don’t Buy
I have had a not-so-great experience this time with ordering from Moxy. I paid for priority shipping to receive the item as soon as possible and all went through like normal. I then received an email that the item I ordered was out of stock/preorder but since I ordered off the Shop app that didn’t reflect that the item was not available. I told the company that was fine and I’ll just take the refund since I needed it soon for a bachelorette. The next morning I woke up to an alert that it shipped and then an email saying I could not receive a refund because it was already scanned to be shipped ( I realize now they did this so that they wouldn’t have to refund me). Ok, great I would get my item… well a week passed and no update on where my item was it was just saying it was scanned but not moving from the Moxy location. Finally, it arrived after about 2ish weeks and at that point, I didn’t need the item and bought something from another company. I decided to return the item in the original bag it was shipped in, I don’t even think I looked at the item just opened it and left it in the bag. Well now we are going on 2 weeks of returning and it says it was delivered but no updates on when I’ll recieve my refund. You also have to pay for the return shipping out of your refund from the order. This experience has just all been annoying and now I won't get my full amount of the item and priority shipping I paid back because I had to return the item due to a company's error. What a scam

Low Quality Customer Service
The store offers cute products for a good price, but customer service is very poor quality. I made a mistake with the shipping address when I ordered and sent them an email immediately asking to cancel. After 3 or 4 emails, they got back to me about 2 weeks later. I also returned most the items over a week ago and am yet to hear if they received my items/been given a refund.
