I watched the whole SEO Game Plan series and it has helped me a lot. I had soo many doubts and needed some guidance to start a project. After watching the series I am able to move ahead.

I really enjoyed the video format, as I could listen and read the slides at the same time which really helps me learn faster. It also combined the theory with the practical application very well. I needed customer support and a real human being took the time to investigate my issue a d get back with a solution very quickly. As a paying client, I appreciate that very much. Too often these days support is automated and impossible to navigate. I’ll stick with Moz.

I used Moz for school when studying digital marketing. So useful and insightful. It was a great tool to have. I needed to cancel as I’m no longer in school and they were kind enough to refund me even though my renewal date had just come up. Customer service was great. I also loved Mozilla Festival!

Suddenly noticed a renewal for Moz which we no longer use. Looking at my options, I realized we were supposed to cancel before renewal. Lucas was so quick and said he refunded even before I asked if he could.

Looks good on day one, the on-board talk was perfect. If I fail, that would not be because of MOZ. The reason would be that SEO is a really big job, and I am not sure I will have the time.

I've been using MOZ for a few years now and love not only the tool, but the content they offer about SEO and related topics.

Good product with quick deliverables which would take a long time to hack out otherwise.

If SEO is your business it’s a no-brainier if it’s only part of your business the costs may be too high.

As for leaving their service the other reviewers are right there is no easy link based approach. Which feels manipulative and they should change this. That said when you email them to cancel they are fantastic - or they were to me. Two years ago I picked up an infection on a business trip that left me unable to work for a few months, when I emailed them to cancel they backdated my refund.

Two weeks later a parcel arrived with cups, pens and other gizmos and a get well message - even though I’m on another continent.

Although not the most affordable SEO tool on the market, MOZ has plenty of powerful features and probably the nicest interface among similar services.

I like the concept of Moz DA, however when I compare their data to Google (search console) it is almost frightening.

Moz miss alot of really big links (Including several wiki links!?)

Might just be me, but I really dislike being judged on badly collected data.

Very useful SEO tool! Even though SEO takes into account other things like SEM Rush traffic, Alexa Rank, and others it´s still very useful tool! With the latest 2019 DA update now we can really tell which sites we can actually trust and work with!

We've been using Moz since Jan 2014, when we switched from a desktop application that provided rankings reports, etc. Since then, Moz has been a key player in our SEO service, responsible not only for rankings data, but also keyword research, competitive analysis and tracking, on-page grading (great for when Yoast isn't an option), and more. It's one of our most expensive software subscriptions, but well worth the cost.

Actually HURT our SEO. We went from top 10 in our city to not even top 2 on our street. They also refuse any form of refund.

MOZ has pretty decent software, but their entire offering is why they get 5 stars. They have a robust community, they offer great content and they offer good software that does an all-around solid job. It is not my only choice and top-choice, but it's part of the software we use and it is certainly worth the cost.

Great company overall, their impact on the industry alone deserves 5-stars!
