I'd give Mr Bean2Cup 6 stars if I could!
I'd give Zsolt 6 stars if I could. Despite the pandemic he has not stinted on organising spare parts (motor & gears) for our ancient Gaggia and given sought advice from Italy which sorted the other issues. Cannot recommend Mr Bean2Cup any higher.

As good as new
Our coffee machine is now working as good as new after a full service at Mr Bean2Cup. Communication was good and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

Quick fix!
My Delonghi Magnifica was showing its age - noisy and a bit incontinent - a web search brought up MrBean2Cup, and after a helpful phone call I took my machine there, expecting to have to be without proper coffee for a week.
However, the instant diagnosis of the issues by Zsolt and with the required spares in stock I was able to leave with the machine fixed. A little long overdue lubrication (as advised) and the machine is humming away like new - many thanks - genuinely great service - much appreciated
