MrCharger - Excellent service !
We had a faulty EvCharger that needed a warranty swap out after manufacturer was unable to fix it. I got in touch with Mr Charger and spoke with Finlee Brackstone who was extremely helpful . Once the replacement unit was sent by the manufacturer I called Finlee and he sorted the engineer out straight away! The local engineer, Dom arrived when he said he would and did an amazing job ! He was well prepared, understood exactly what he was doing, he gave me all of the necessary instructions in advance and his support was exemplary! I would highly recommend using MrCharger as they have well trained staff on every aspect .

Excellent company to do business with. Alan sorted out any issues that arose. The installation needed minor groundworks, and they found a slightly easier solution for routing the armoured cable.

Julian and their firm Mr Charger have provided a 7 star service from day 1 for our EV charger installation. Julian went far above and beyond to assist us for our more than 'complicated' installation!! always polite, professional and responsive. Installation was on time, clean and Professional. The Engineer knew what he was doing, clearly demonstrated by his skill which I witnessed as an Engineer in a different discipline. They didn't ask me to give this review, I wanted to take this opportunity to express my view so others can consider Julian and Mr Charger. Julian and Mr.Charger are my go to business for future requirements. If I could give 7 stars on here I would. Thank you Julian and Mr Charger!

Ayyappa and Thomas did an amazing work
Ayyappa and Thomas did an amazing work! I was discarded from other installers as I had to dig a 5m long trench in my garden, others quoted almost £5k for the same work. Ayyappa's communication throughout was exceptional, and on the day they left everything as good as new. I am based in Oxfordshire and they installed Hypervolt within 5 days from my enquiry.
I am very happy with their services and will definitely recommend them!

Very polite lad and explained and listened when I asked questions . Very hot day but he did a great job and was tidy and had time to talk to my Autistic lad Noah who supplied him with drinks and felt like his helper . Would recommend Mr charger fully with the great service I got . A little late arriving but was kept up to date and that is great to have communication.

Amazing service from start to finish. Luke was incredibly thorough and went above and beyond throughout the entire job. His work was exceptionally clean, and his attention to detail really stood out. My contact person (Ayyappa in Bicester) was very friendly and helpful. The online booking process for MrCharger is very clear and practical: you can see where in the overall process you are and send message(s) to your contact person...
After installation, Ayyappa helped me get the various apps installed and set up.

Dom's installation today was…
Dom's installation today was excellent, trouble free, clean and tidy, very professional, so thank you. Plus Dom's regular contact with speedy replies to any issues due to myself having to defer the installation whilst waiting for EV grant to be authorised.
An asset to the the business.

(GOV EV grant scheme application submitted 5 week+ ago still not been processed /authorised by Grants dept, very disappointed and frustration with a scheme clearly not working as it did pre April 2026 when it was £350 (now £500) just left waiting to long, had to go ahead and pay full amount myself now as car due any day.
