Dom's installation today was…
Dom's installation today was excellent, trouble free, clean and tidy, very professional, so thank you. Plus Dom's regular contact with speedy replies to any issues due to myself having to defer the installation whilst waiting for EV grant to be authorised.
An asset to the the business.

(GOV EV grant scheme application submitted 5 week+ ago still not been processed /authorised by Grants dept, very disappointed and frustration with a scheme clearly not working as it did pre April 2026 when it was £350 (now £500) just left waiting to long, had to go ahead and pay full amount myself now as car due any day.

Good communication & easy to book the install of my Tesla charger. Fast & tidy installation. Friendly service and the installation technician kept me informed of progress, and made sure that the charger was updated & working before he left. I recommend MrCharger.

Great Service and Expert Advice from Mr Charger
I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by the Mr Charger team for installing an EV charger at my property. My home is a Victorian building with a rather awkward driveway layout, but thanks to Paul’s expertise and guidance, the installation process was straightforward and hassle-free. The work was completed to a high standard, everything functions perfectly, and the end result is exactly what I was hoping for. I would highly recommend their services—very happy overall!

An extremely professional set up and…
An extremely professional set up and service.
Their contractor Alert Renewables did a first class job even when things didn’t go according to plan. It transpired the property was not actually earthed! Domonic contacted National Grid emergency line and they sent out operatives to rectify the situation within the hour. Throughout Domonic remained calm reassuring and professional.
I would definitely recommend

These guys did such a brilliant job.
Got here on time, worked fast, professional installation of my Tesla charger, and really respectful in coming in and out the house around the kids, etc. not to mention super cost effective.
Would HIGHLY recommend.

Good communication and overall workmanship
While the communication and workmanship were good. The only negative was the slightly odd behaviour of the installer. He was having trouble connecting the charger to the WiFi and in his frustration kept throwing around his phone, like literally throwing the phone on the floor.
The installer did apologise at the end but I found his behaviour quite strange when things weren’t going to plan.
