I’ve had a few loans out with Mr lender and always paid them back on time never had any issues when calling or emailing amazing team amazing people would highly recommend especially if you need a short term loan

The lady I spoke to was lovely
The lady I spoke to was lovely, helpful and clear, which is rare nowadays. I take one star off as the automated email service is sometimes confusing suggesting that something needs to be done. Other than that the process is very straightforward and I had always great experience with people from this company.

What made my experience great was actually when I came accross and issue. I had a message asking me to click the link to proceed, did so but there was nowhere to go on said page. Called up, was greeted by Liam, he was polite, well spoken, professional, looked into my case with speed and assured me I had no further actions to take. I specifically requested this link to TrustPilot be sent so Liam can get some recognition for his professionalism. Thanks, a very happy customer
