What a terrible company if your dealing with scarlet or travis from Mr lender and you send them everything they ask they are terrible at sorting things out keep you waiting all day then decline you seriously need to sort out customer service skills avoid at all cost

All loans are subject to checks which include but are not limited to, the customer’s payment history, credit and affordability check-in line with our responsible lending policy.
Once your application has been completed, our system runs through some initial checks, once the checks are complete, if you have met our lending criteria, you will receive a message stating that you have been provisionally accepted. Unfortunately, your application did not meet our lending criteria.
This does not mean you will be ineligible indefinitely, please visit your online account page to check eligibility for the future bearing in mind our re-loans will always be subject to further credit and affordability checks.
Here at Mr Lender we work with both integrity and transparency to ensure the highest standards of customer service are being delivered to all our customers.
Should you wish to discuss anything further please contact Mr Lender directly, as we are unable to discuss your account in full on a public forum such as Trustpilot.
