My experience with MTaylor has been tremendous, your customer service and attention to detail is second to none. I am very pleased with your product and your pleasant attitude.

Taking measurements was easy using their app. Once the pants were delivered I received a personal email from them to check on my satisfaction with the pants. I replied that the pants seemed too long but otherwise fit perfectly. They replied that before considering changes to the pants I should wash them in cold water and dry on medium heat and then try them on again. I followed their directions and the pants including length were perfect. I am very impressed with the pants and their customer service.

I purchased by husband a pair of olive green chinos and they are huge on him. I thought that since he is a slim guy this company would be perfect for him. Boy was I mistaken. After receiving them, We got back on the phone took other pictures as requested per their company. We then received another request for additional photos. This is absolutely ridiculous. How many photos must we take for them to address this mishap. We are more than happy to return these pants and get our money back. We have yet to receive a response from them.

MTailor makes really good custom-made jeans that will fit you really well. I love mine. One thing to watch out for however, is shrinkage. My recommendation is to wash them and dry them once with cold water and a traditional dryer and then after that cold wash and let drip dry naturally to avoid shrinkage.

I have never been able to find dress shirts that fit because of 2 neck surgeries and my neck being so small. In addition I have pretty broad shoulders making it impossible to find a shirt that I can button the top button, wear a tie, and not have my neck swimming in the collar. I thought I'd give MTailor a try. The first shirt didn't quit fit correctly so they adjusted the fit and sent me a new shirt. I is the best fitting shirt I've ever had. I love it!
I would highly recommend this company for any clothing needs.

I red some reviews before I purchased my jeans and has some concerns about fitment and shipping time.
looked at measurements on the app and did not quite add up but ordered anyway. Jeans showed up about 2 weeks + and fit great would recommend and would order again.

I ended up having a shirt that was to tight. So I contacted the company. To my surprise the customer service was responsive and knowledgeable. All I did was take more photos and my representative Tracy was able to determine the adjustments for me! Awesome experience what I would hope for when I spend my money and have an issue with their product.

I ordered a pair of jeans from MTailor. When I received my jeans they were a bit loose in 3 areas. Contacted the customer service department to find out how to resolve. They immediately gave me the instructions on how to take the appropriate pictures for them to resolve the problem. Received my new pair and they fit better than any jeans I have purchased. They are one of the best organizations at providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the customer is 100% satisfied. The representative that I coordinated with was one of the most responsive and professional reps I have ever dealt with. Will be telling my friends and purchasing again from them.

I have an athletic build with large neck, and finding a white shirt that I can button while wearing a tie and suit for formal occasions, is a nightmare. I used the M-Tailor app to measure for a new white shirt. The first version did not provide an adequate fit. For no charge, they redid the shirt with a couple of measurement changes, and the finished product is absolutely perfect! The fabric is beautiful, smooth, crisp. The fit of the neck, sleeves, back, shoulders--everything, is excellent. The customer service was really incredible, and the turn around times were very quick. Very simple to use the app to get your measurements. Order process was painless and follow up was great. The measurements had to be done a second time because I wasn't in full view (feet in video) but they communicated well and it only took five minutes to redo. Order was processed promptly and received. They jeans fit perfectly. I would recommend anyone having difficulty buying off the rack to give this a go. I am happy with the results.

Using MTailor allows me to get dress shirts that fits at a very reasonable price. I have a 19" neck, so finding a dress shirt that fit was impossible until I found MTailor.....the arms were always too long and the shirt was way too big.

MTailor was able to take my measurements using the camera on my cell phone. The process was very easy. They now have my measurements on file; so, re-ordering additional shirts is also easy.

Great experience with the App. Smooth interaction. and the outcome is great. First shirt fits perfectly. Will order more :-)

So I ordered three items - jeans, shorts, and a polo shirt. The jeans were not only way too small, but like 8 inches too long. The shorts were way too small, too. Not sure about the shirt yet. The tracking for the longest time has said "label created." Now it finally says shipped. I'll see if it fits.

Tried emailing both the "help" email and the "my tailor" email address for four days now and no response. Not sure if I will be able to return them or not.

Great customer service. The first pants they sent were not exactly the right fit. They gave me those and sent another pair. That pant is exactly what I wanted. Bravo

Totally satisfied. Remake was required to adjust fit. Communication was excellent and remade jeans were promptly shipped. The fit was perfect!

Hey, they tried: I ordered 3 different pants (dress, jeans, chinos) and none of the 3 fit any better, and arguably fit worse (just bad fits in different ways) than off the rack. No harm, no foul. Website says free remake or return for full refund. Pants are enough off I don't think a remake is going to satisfy me, though I am happy for those for whom that worked. Sadly, attempts to obtain refund/return label from the company site do not work. Whatever, web links break, so I have emailed a request for return labels.

Mtailor promptly provided a return label so I amticipate my return/refund to be processed and no hard feelings. Bottom line I am glad I tried them and encourage others to.

Finding low rise jeans for women is impossible. I'm so happy to say MTailor came through. I love my new jeans, they fit perfectly.

I ordered a blazer from MTailor. When it arrived, it was a bit snug in the shoulders and the collar needed to be lowered. MTailor offers to remake any garmet that doesn't fit at no cost to the customer. I took it up on its offer. The newly made blazer arrived, and it fits like a glove. I will never buy clothes off-the-rack again! MTailor exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

This tool was so easy and amazingly accurate. My husband has always been difficult fit from off the rack suit products. I couldn’t believe that one quick 15 second video could provide such accuracy but it was a perfect. We plan on ordering dress pants and dress shirts. I highly recommend
