PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT MUDFLOWER THEY ARE ACTUALLY SUNCO KNITWEAR.
I ordered from Mudflower, but had to return the 4 pairs of trousers as they were not suitable. I did the return online and posted the parcel via Royal Mail on 5/5/26, the parcel was delivered to Mudflower on 8/5/26. I had no acknowledgement from them so on the 15/5/26, I emailed them asking what was going on, to date I still have not received any emails or acknowledgements from them and also no refund. I found a phone number for them today and rang them and was shocked when a Chinese lady answered the phone speaking in Chinese, she said it was Mudflower although the number comes upas Sunco Knitwear, I had to explain my problem at least twice and I don't think she understood my problem, so there is a good chance I will never get my money back, I am so angry.

Hi Karen,
Thank you for your review, and we’re very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with the lack of communication regarding your return.
We can confirm that your return was received and has now been processed, and your refund has been issued. Please allow a few working days for this to appear back in your account, depending on your payment provider.
We sincerely apologise for the delay in both processing and responding to you. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can improve our processes going forward.
We’d also like to reassure you that you have been dealing directly with Mudflower. We’re sorry for any confusion caused during your attempt to contact us, and we understand how this may have added to your concerns.
Thank you again for your patience, and we’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,

Recent purchase
I was happy with the dress and was okay with the postage charge. However I was not expecting the custom import charge and would have expected this to be flagged at the time of purchase. This would have a bearing on whether I would make further purchases.

Hi Josephine,
Thank you for your feedback - we’re really pleased to hear that you were happy with your dress.
We’re sorry for the unexpected customs charge. As your order was delivered to Ireland, it would have been subject to import duties and taxes once it arrived in the country. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are unfortunately outside of our control.
We do understand that this may not have been clear at the time of purchase, and we appreciate you highlighting this. We will review how we communicate this information to ensure it’s clearer for our customers in future.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back again soon.
Kind regards,
