The flower arrived when they said they would but the spray carnations many head off or damaged stems.

I was nervous after I placed the order…
I was nervous after I placed the order as there is no way of getting in touch via phone, they have a number, but do not respond. The flowers did turn up on time and were really good quality, so I would order again. My only suggestion for them is better direct customer service .

I had real trouble sourcing a simple bunch of crysathamums for my brothers funeral (he used to help my mother in a flower nursery) the idea was for guests to each be given one to put on the coffin. I finally found All Occasions but I thought it would too small a request for a wholesaler but received a fabulous efficient service and delivery

Superb company; highly recommend.
Brilliantly easy website to order from; plenty of detail/information about each flower variety. Great communication following order and everything arrived on the day requested (4.7.26). This order was hugely important to me as I was doing all the flower arrangements (including three very large pedestals) for a very dear friend's funeral. The quality and range of flowers was exceptional and some varieties lasted over three weeks. I would recommend All Occasions Wholesale without reservation ... wonderful!

Do NOT use them at all cost
Do NOT use them at all cost. They sent me artificial hydrangeas when I ordered fresh hydrangeas and are not refunding me my money or replacing them for fresh hydrangeas. It is awful and I am now out of pocket for £52 ! Terrible scam.

Absolutely appalling definately…
Absolutely appalling definately wouldn’t use again all went in bin heads broken and crushed left in full sun on hottest day of year after leaving instruction on where to leave, total responsibility put onto dpd but they didn’t pack the order with mouldy stems it’s a no from me !!! I also emailed them that day and it took a week for any reply so them saying they wish to keep customers happy is not the case they passed the book straight away so the reply on here is absolute rubbish they certainly aren’t interested in keeping customers happy !!!

Unfortunately, the parcel was not left in accordance with the delivery instructions provided, and being left in direct sunlight on one of the hottest days of the year would have had a significant impact on the condition of fresh flowers. While we work closely with our delivery partners, we completely understand how frustrating this must have been.
Regarding the mouldy stems, this is certainly not the standard we expect. We quality-check our flowers before dispatch, and if there was an issue, we would always want the opportunity to investigate it.

Quality flowers, low cost & great delivery.
Easy to find what flowers you want, via a great search engine. Great prices even better flowers, delivered by DPD or if your in the Birmingham region you can arrange to collect. Delivery charges are for next day delivery and are not expensive. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from this company for a very special occasion where the quality of the Roses and the cost are very important and I have never been let down on quality, cost & delivery.
