I ordered roses as I needed them for a funeral and on arrival only 4 out of the whole bunch were any good all the rest were dead, when I reported this to customer service the response I had was appalling and was offered a 25% refund would not recommend this company.

Absolutely unprofessional and unreliable service. No wonder people leave reviews about the quality of their flowers. Let me talk about their delivery service. We have planned and committed to an event this Friday, whilst these guys sent a confirmation email and also did state that the delivery will occur this Friday, they spontaneously changed it to Saturday instead and now we are left without flowers for the Friday event and zero response from either customer service or their phone… You don’t do business this way speaking about being an entrepreneur, I really hope someone will come in and shut down this business considering no response and terrible quality of flowers itself. Sorry, had to speak out…

However, we do make it clear both on our website and in our terms and conditions that all delivery dates are requested dates and not guaranteed. While we always aim to dispatch orders in time for your chosen delivery day, we rely on courier services and supply chains that can occasionally experience delays — something that was unfortunately the case here.
We also recommend ordering 2–3 days in advance for time-sensitive events to allow for rehydration of the flowers and to avoid issues caused by any unexpected delays.

I ordered 18 oasis mini florets cages…
I ordered 18 oasis mini florets cages for a family wedding. Arrived yesterday, only 3 genuine oasis cages ( with green foam ) the other 15 had no oasis logo anywhere, the plastic frames were totally different to genuine oasis products. The 15 had at some point been stored in such a way that the tops of the cages were pushed completely into the blocks of oasis cutting them into sections, destabilising the whole block of oasis. They arrived in an enormous box with no packaging or protection around each items hence box full of yellow / brown foam debris, as not one was intact. Corners all knocked off and lumps of missing foam. The blocksof floral foam are an awful shade of brown so obviously not been stored correctly.
I object to being off loaded with items which are in a terrible state and more importantly not genuine oasis products which I ordered and paid for.
I await an apology, explanation and more importantly a full refund and P&P costs to return them.

Beautiful flowers at reasonable pricing
Beautiful flowers for my daughter’s wedding and our wedding to create bud vases without paying a florist a fortune!
Flowers were all fabulous quality and beautifully fresh and vibrant.
We had a bunch missing and an incorrect bunch but Danny was apologetic and quickly sorted for us.
Would 100% recommend.

Dreadful condition of flowers. Emailed pictures and received a reply implying that the flowers looked fine (but foliage needed removing). They were appalling.
Wouldn’t bother ordering again.

I ordered flowers and foliage from All Occasions Wholesale mid July. I received a notification approximately 30 minutes before delivery saying I would receive a part refund as some of my order was not available. Far from ideal when you have orders to fulfil.
All but one of the items I ordered were dried up, wilted, falling apart and unusable. I contacted customer service and did receive a response, however, no refund or replacement was offered.

We completely understand how frustrating it is to receive notice of missing items shortly before delivery — especially when you're working to fulfill your own customer orders. While we always aim to supply everything as ordered, the nature of working with fresh stock means availability can occasionally change last minute, and we issue part refunds promptly when this occurs.
With regards to the quality concerns, our flowers are sent in a farm-fresh state and can sometimes appear wilted after transit. With proper care and rehydration, they should recover well — which is why we recommend receiving them 2–3 days in advance of any event. That said, if the items were truly unusable, we’d absolutely want to resolve that for you.

Had ordered the flowers to be delivered…
Had ordered the flowers to be delivered on July 24th,2025, they came completely wilted and broken, not really fresh at all , not worth over £60 to spend on them. Today is the fourth day after receiving them, they started to die. I made big mistakes to order from this company, never order from them again. I will buy the flowers from the supermarket or florist shop next time, at least it can last a couple weeks. Poor quality!

As we supply wholesale flowers, they are sent in a more natural, farm-fresh state and may initially appear tired or wilted after transit — especially during warmer weather. However, with proper care and rehydration, they should perk up within 24 hours and last well beyond that. This is one of the reasons we recommend receiving flowers 2–3 days before your event, to allow them time to rehydrate fully.
