I was very happily with studio catalouge for years & suddenly without any warning or my permission I was passed over to this Absolute Vile company,
They have doubled my outstanding balance with interest charges , I have tried to ring with no luck & sent numerous emails I Will NOT be paying anything until my account is back to what I owed Studio & Not this Cowboy company who I had never heard of until now

Appalling service and complete joke of a company

Ordered through the app, took my money but didn’t place the order, waiting weeks for a refund which has still never been received despite numerous phone calls and emails, their customer service is shocking to say the least, wouldn’t even give them 1 star

I had a very disappointing experience with Frasers Plus after making a purchase at Sports Direct Watford.

I spent £104 in store and was clearly told by a member of staff that I would receive £20 credit within 24 hours. This was a key reason I went ahead with the purchase. However, it has now been over two weeks and the credit has still not been applied to my account.

This feels extremely misleading. If the offer is not going to be honoured as explained at the point of sale, then customers should not be given incorrect information just to encourage spending.

On top of that, there has been no communication or update, which makes the whole experience even more frustrating.

I would advise others to be very cautious with Frasers Plus promotions and not rely on what is promised in store without checking the terms in detail.

Very poor experience and not what I expected.

No stars. Absolutely disgusted with them and their hidden interest charges and lack of customer service.
I opted for pay in 3 where you have 3 months to pay in full (interest free). By the 4 month they are still notifying me of outstanding charges. I try to speak to someone in the department but no human service it seems.
I put my query on the chat and said I’d like to pay the balance in full-
The message came back saying I’m unable to do so as the payment is not due till next month so the system won’t allow it.
I went on the app to try and pay, but my back (Cooperative bank is not listed) so the only way of making a payment is through direct transfer to their account.
They know exactly what they are doing nasty evil money grabbing crooks.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Absolutly hate this company avoid at all cost. sick reseting my passcode and getting nowhere everytime, i have uninstalled the app, cleared the cache and app data still getting nowhere! even tried the payment line and as soon as i enter my mobile number i get an instant sorry we're having technical difficulties right now, of course yous are having difficulties. so now i need to waste my time phoning customer services to guaranteed get some one i can't understand great cheers frasersplus for the headache!

They charged me £10 for a late fee that I don’t understand what is it for, my account was paid off in full.i ve been tortured since with 10 calls a day to set up a payment plan , when you go to pay it it’s impossible to log in. Worst website and customer service I ever experienced.

I don’t actually need additional credit…

I don’t actually need additional credit but on sports direct items are cheaper with a Fraser plus card so you have to pay more for paying out right eg trainers £64.99 without a Fraser card and £40 with a Fraser card!! Fraser plus card isn’t a points card or discount card it’s a credit card. I can afford the trainers but I seen with the Fraser plus card £20 less , so I applied and got granted it then they wanted more information off you, well you know what I won’t be shopping with sport direct as I can afford it but why are people being made to apply for credit to get a cheaper price robbery dressed up as money off!! Interest rates can f off before I get on the credit wagon.

I tried to purchase some trainers from flannels order went through. 2 hours later received email saying out of stock we will refund you. Never got a refund now perusing me for payment say my credit score will be affected if I don’t pay them.spent over a thousand with them in the past. Will not shop again in any of their stores.still have to pay them until sorted out. Please don’t use them.

Awful

Awful, cleared my balance and told for the last few months there was no payment due, to then check my credit report that I had a balance accrued of interest only and had I left the £30 balance on the account I would have had to pay back £190 in total over 45 month

My cstalogue was 500 pounds noe they want me to pay 700 back mucker not sucker se ya wouldnt want to ne waiting on my payments oh sorry tjete is no bailiffd in belfast. Good luck do not join thrse people amd sports direct are at it as well

Absolutely awful firm

Absolutely awful firm . I was told my payment of £5.08 was overdue.I immediately paid double and set up direct debit . Emailed them with proof of payment. I was told I had typed a zero instead of an o in the payment reference. So the payment was not valid . If you want to ruin your credit file by an unscrupulous company chose Fraser plus . Awful experience

steer clear I wouldn't wish this experience to anyone.

I'd been with studio for a number of years, always aware of how much I needed to pay each month, then bang changed to Frazer plus, customer service out of the window, interest increases and no explanation why they are already adding the interest to the on coming month before the previous month payment have been made, I'm on a plan to pay off and close the account, what a struggle it was to set it up, email's back and forth never the same person so have to explain all over again, steer clear I wouldn't wish this experience to anyone.

Dishonest with changing payment plan

I purchased via House of Frasers and picked the finance option. The advertisement stated you can get your items on finance from 1-3months. I selected 3 months. I noticed the payment was low to pay off in 3 months. Note you can’t call them but only use web chat. I was informed that the finance is over 36 months and I picked it when I purchased. This is all lies and was strategically done by Frasers Plus. I would never pick 36 months on a low amount and pay interest. I made a purchase for £184. Watch out for their tricks and double check the plan you’re on. When selected it suggests a direct debit was set-up by taking your account details, but it wasn’t. I missed the payment and had to pay it directly! I will be complaining to House of Frasers and writing a review on House of Frasers, highlighting this issue. They should have done their due diligence when picking who to partner with!

LIMIT DECREASE NO NOTICE

Well was with studio before being moved over to Fraser plus got a limit when sign up for £1200 and the £800 over from studio totalling £2000 well 6 months later they lowered my credit limit from £2000 to £200 with no notice meaning I can’t use it now as my credit ultlisatiion would be to high if I use it don’t know why they lowered it didn’t go near that limit of £2000 only went to about £600 never missed payment with other creditors or Fraser this company is really bad avoid if you can

This is a dodgy financial arrangement. The app is very difficult to use/understand in terms of how they calculate fees/charges, no transparency. I emailed to complain, three weeks of nothing, the chat bot is useless and simply says 'a ticket will be opened', don't hear from anyone... no phone number at all to contact anyone.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience
The Frasers plus account is not fit for purpose, I am pretty tech savvy and I struggled to navigate it.
I paid off my purchase is full before the due date and due to the unclear nature of the app it tried to charge £50 in interest on a zero balance.
Please do not use, you will be just as frustrated as I am

I would leave ZERO stars if I could.

I was a LONG standing Studio customer with quite a high credit limit and was switched to Fraser Plus.

Prior to the switch I was considering closing the account as not found Studio much good lately.

The swicth to Fraser Plus left the option of shopping elsewhere so though I would leave the account open with the larger credit limit.

Never missed a payment, have a good credit score, I log in to make the monthly payment which has never been missed in years, make the payment and then see the credit limit has dropped within an inch of what was due which was just under 100.00 due.

Nice to know this is how trust worthy, long term, reliable customers are treated.

Managed to actually get a person on the chat bubble and requested to close the account, I have to wiat until my monthly payment clears, switch the payment plans somehow or something and then pay the remaining 37.something pence and then ask to close the account.

I have never been so annoyed with a company before.

I really can't understand how they can treat their existing customers in such a way.
