Pleasw avoid shopping with Frasers if you can .I ordered for a set of 11-12 year old Barbie outfit in Feb 2026 as a gift for a young girl.This should have been a hoodie and matching pants but i received just the hoodie.I assumed it may have been just the hoodie advertised and i did not note it properly until i went back on the page few weeks later and realised it was advertised as a set.I returned it and explained i received only one item but they lied and said they sent the two and so wouldnt issue a refund.

Very dissapointing and fraudulent service.Please avoid them at all cost.

Yet again I've raised a complaint about…

Yet again I've raised a complaint about the interest rates, I was switched from studio pay to this dodgy company without my permission, I have been in touch with the financial ombudsman and citizens advice about them, I have made 6 payments of £156 each month and a total of £270 has been taken from my balance, the rest has gone on interest, I was told I chose to pay interest 🤔, I've had enough of these Scammers, I'll see you in court and get a judge to sort this out and BTW Kudos on writing your own reviews, don't you think giving yourselves 5 stars is a total overreach?

Frasers plus....just why?????

Can anyone tell me how this company keeps in business. I have complained about a 'lost' payment which frasers say they have found but still haven't refunded after 3 months.
I have complained via Resolver and now frasers are asking all the original questions....it's totally outrageous.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Studio pay switched to Frazersplus and the interest rate is ridiculous. The site doesn’t give you your proper balance and puts you on a payment plan that you don’t ask for and the balance goes double on what you buy. I would never buy from Studio again. I just want to pay off my proper balance so I can avoid these ridiculous interest fees. But can’t even find my balance on the ridiculously hard to use app. Buyers beware when sighing up to Fraser plus a credit card would be cheaper in interest.

Got a frasers account years ago for a…

Got a frasers account years ago for a buy now pay later deal as a one off, never touched my account after that. All of a sudden, when I'm about to undergo a credit review to rent a new flat, they tank my credit score purely because I never chose to increase my credit limit with them. I can't seem to close my account via their website so I had to download an app JUST to close it, and the app doesn't work, just gets routinely stuck at log in.

How has the dreadful company got a license to trade why did studio close and move our accounts to these incompetent non-operating functioning company I have exchanged around 20 emails dealing with nothing but robots when you speak to human you still feel like you’re speaking to a robot they don’t accommodate to your needs. I’ve had this account for years with studio no problems move to this company problems non stop they need to start looking at their reviews. Shut The Company down.

Fraserplus take over my studio account charge extortionate interest rates and when you pay extra they say it doesn't change the interest rate, erm excuse me i signed no contract with Fraserplus with studio the more you paid the better it was for me . Fraserplus on the other hand stopped me paying extra and now lowered my credit. So all they getting off me is my new credit limit minus what they lowered it by because that's all I owed studio if they don't like it see you in court ENOUGH SAID

Avoid at all costs close your Studio Account

I had been a Studio customer for many years, never a problem with account or payments. They moved to Frasers Plus and the interest is 50% it is difficult to pay your balance in full, just telephoned them on a 25.00 balance just paid 55.00 to settle and close account. Feel they are taking advantage of previous customers avoid Studio or any other company owned by Frasers plus.

Avoid like the plague

Studio pay closed without notice and moved my account to FrasersPlus. I pay monthly and have never had trouble with Studio. According to FrasersPlus I now owe over£500 with projected interest. Switched me to a 36 month plan WITHOUT asking. I paid £30 but it shows in statement as £5.17. No customer service. Online bot asks same options over and over. No reply to emails. Can't get a breakdown of payments to make any sense. Going Ombudsman or Rip off Britain. Can't be allowed to get away with robbing people 😡😡

It is a scam

It is a scam. It is a robbery, and I am impressed by how no one stops this company from stealing money from people. They advertised on Sport Direct that we can pay in 3 instalments without interest. I bout around £213 products and used this rubbish credit company. At the end of the month, I refunded the total money (less than 20 days). I realised that they selected a 36-month plan (without my selection or permission) on my account, which means I should pay £96 in interest on my purchase for that period. After spending a lot of time contacting them (only by chat and email because they have rubbish customer service), they asked me to pay around £7 extra as interest, because I selected a 36-month plan!!!!! (which I never selected).
It is a trap, a scam, and it is stealing money. BE CAREFUL and never use them.

Frasers plus is a joke

Frasers plus is a joke, they do not allow you to change your payment date - i have a payment due on the 19th of every month which i asked to be swapped to the 1st to avoid late fee's this was declined. I cannot pay early as this is just noted as an additional payment. So now i'm constantly a month behind and being charged the additional late fee. It's only 12 pound but in the grand scheme of things it's over 100 pound a year on top of the additional interest they are asking for. avoid at all costs.

What is going on i never had problems with Studio i have used over 10 years I always pay in full however Frasers are charging me interest ? I have paid my goods in full so what are they playing at very stressful

The Scam Merchants called Fraser Plus…

The Scam Merchants called Fraser Plus are Despicable.
I had a balance on Studio of around a grand and just before they took it over I paid it in full. Fast forward a few month and I eventually seen I had a balance of £17 and I enquired why. Their response time of 5 days was well over triple that and eventually they informed myself I had entered into a interest-bearing plan for years to come. I complained that it was not made clear to myself that I had somehow unknowingly entered into a interest-bearing plan and was being scammed after paying the full balance they want interest on the original amount and many others have stated they have pulled this stunt on them as well.so I have demanded a final response before taking them to the Financial Ombudsman. Also the Consumer Credit Act, clearly says they must set out all terms, charges, rights, repayment schedules, cancellation periods, and contact details. None of which were done. Then they threatened me with pay up or have your credit ruined. I told them to do one as I do not care about my credit being ruined, at 67 I have everything I want and all paid for. The Studio was for a family member in my name. Worse than appalling to get anyone to speak to. They can stick their interest as I will certainly not be paying it and if and when I go to the Financial Ombudsman I will update here. I am not bothering shutting my Studio account as it is to much hassle as they show a balance so it can run forever without me paying or using.

The company have wavered the£12 fee on the missed payment (I insisted on this). They now want to close my complaint, which I have declined; mostly because of how frustrated and bullied I have felt at the inability of the company to respond and that AI is being used a non human shield against the consumer. See contact number in review title to gain some poor satisfaction.

AWFUL COMPANY!

I am appalled by this company! I have a Studio account. And when it changed the credit to Frasers plus. I decided after reading reviews that I should pay off the remaining balance and close my account. This has been a ridiculous process! When I eventually found on their site how to do this, I completed it. I thought that would be that, how wrong was I? They first came back to to me with an offer of upping my credit limit to £2700. I was astounded by this offer. I just want to close the account but it seems impossible! I have been trying to close the account ever since. They keep ignoring this telling me they are investigating it. It’s now been about two weeks. I have no bill to pay. It should be a simple process but it is not, do not touch this company with a bargepole. I’m currently waiting for customer service to pick up the phone so I can tell him where to shove it.

Customer Services None Existent

3rd September I emailed Frasers about a query I had. No response then this Monday they asked for my contact number sent it them and heard nothing yet again. Appalling customer services virtually none existent.

Studio will end up folding if Frasers carry on dealing with the finance side. I pay for things has soon as they arrive but it has totally put me off ordering from Studio

A most bizarre and surely not acceptable response from Frasersplus they told me they are experiencing technical problems with card refunds they owe me £12.73 first they suggested I should do a chargeback at my bank this is a credit that was owed to me from Studio before they took over.
The next advice is the bizarre bit they advised me that I paid for an order of £19.98 by an automated payment line and they are unable to refund me back this way so they suggest they refund me the £19.98 then I pay the £12.73 balance. They then stated they were passing over my details to the relevant department to now process this refund. Never heard anymore from them.
Think I need advice from Trading Standards the way this company is trading is appalling and surely not legal.

Terrible when it was Studio Cards now…

Terrible when it was Studio Cards now its just awful.
Had so much trouble trying to cancel my account, now months later i'm still getting spam e-mails despite unsubscribing.
The reply address is unmonitored and as i'm no longer a customer obviously i cant access my account.
Totally hopeless i wouldn't ever deal with them again.
