I contacted their support team as their ring wasnt quite the right size and honestly the service i got was amazing, quick and efficient and honestly I cant thank them enough for the service they provided me even though the time zones make it difficult, I am truly happy with the service provided thank you Mugensense for everything :)

Sadly, I had some sizing issues but MugenSense worked with me to get it swapped for the correct one. It was quick and easy and the customer service was really good. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a ring off this site and the shipping was fast and quick. I ordered the wrong size and after contacting customer support. They offered me to keep the wrong size ring, and send me the correct size ring. Only with the shipping and restocking fee. The ring is nice and looks amazing. Customer service was fast and really helpful.
