Hi Paul, I believe the delivery arrived around 7pm yesterday is this correct? Just after the review was left but admittedly yes it was 2 working days late which is definitely below our expectations. I have just spoken to the couriers and they explained to me it was an issue with your local depot being inundated with consignments and a lack of drivers. Of course we wasn't notified of this, if we are notified of delays we inform customers immediately however due to no update from our couriers we didn't have any messages to pass on. Please accept my apologies for the delayed delivery, and we hope your project goes well. Thank you, Joss
Arrived in 2 days and the driver placed the pallet exactly where I needed it.
I brought the under rafter insulation and the wool loft insulation theses are great products, easy to attach to the rafters with the 'insulation kit' and the wool insulation just rolls out to the required length. Job done and the delivery was done within 2 days.

Great company. Loads of advice before we chose their product. Helpful and friendly staff. 20 rolls of breather quilt arrived on time, excellent product, really easy to install. Will be buying their internal foil insulation when the time comes to install that.
Thanks so much, well done 👍
