I never subscribed and you are busy deducting from my account and I’m struggling to recover my money. You are scamming people their hard earned money
this company is fraudulent as it hijacks barcodes and you think you are paying for starlink when you are really signing up for a subscription to multimhub.com but they are uncontactable
I visited pontcysylite in August 25 and tried to pay for parking with a QR code on the sign and instead of getting a ticket to park i got a subscription to some multimhub I wouldn't of known if my bank hadn't flag it as suspicious but now every month my bank freezes my card and sends me a new one and it is such a pain
I attempted to download a parking app, entered credit card details and then discovered I had signed up for Multimlab, a service I did not want. I have attempted to cancel my subscription, but they make it difficult. My bank have put a temporary block on them, but I will now ask them to make it permanent. Even though they claim they have cancelled the subscription, they still have my details. This is an uncomfortable feeling. Beware!
Clicked on parking app put card details in and then it come up with this company very devious blocked them with the bank
I Thought I was paying a parking fee by pay by phone to Leeds City council but then I noticed I had paid someone else in euros. The money was returned to my account 3 days later ( £1.68 not requested) but then 2 weeks later £50 was taken from my account. I have contacted my bank who have provisionally returnewd the money
Took another £ 50 out . Total scam. On their website they appear to be trading as Nebularo Ltd. Sent them an email. Email is fake. Went on street view and discovered that the address was a barber near Ipswich.Have now asked bank to block payment. I have now reported them to The Insolvency Service to close them down. Should be able to give zero score.
Multimhub.com is an American movie/games platform which advertises on the Stansted Airport parking app. When I tried to pay my parking fee, I inadvertently must have clicked on it. I received a free trial, which I never used. Within a few days it turned into a full subscription charging £50.58. I wrote to their customer services three times without hearing back from them. I had to contact my bank to block further payments.
