Se niegan a devolver dinero de una cancelación inmediata. El 15 de octubre se procesó un cargo de $39.99 USD por renovación. Solicité la cancelación ese mismo día y no utilicé la plataforma. Su soporte ignora las solicitudes legítimas de reembolso. Totalmente abusivos con la facturación. Eviten darles su tarjeta.

Some of the moves are difficult while sitting in the chair as my knees and shoulder are bad. But otherwise, I'm satisfied with the movements and the guy is very articulated, and also I'm not losing any weight yet, but it'll probably take a while.

Fraudulent charges
In October 2025 I purchased a one off, one month Tai Chi program for $15.65. There was no renewal or mention of a monthly subscription which is the main reason I purchased it. Two months later I start getting charged $40.12 on the 22nd of every month. I didn't notice this until recently. This is fraud and I have contacted my card company. I also noticed on Trustpilot someone else with exactly the same experience.
I notice in their reply they are implying that renewal subscriptions were overlooked. NO they were not. They were not mentioned anywhere. It was a one off purchase of $15.65 for one month access.

Realy enjoying the changes made to the app. Butwould say that sometimes that the pause between reps could be a little shorter ie the gap before the 15 second countdown.
I love the end of rep jingle, its a good improvement

Some of the movements do not show the correct way to do the exercise very well. Been on the program for a month and the “promised” results are not as advertised. Will give it one more month to see tangible results.

Once consistency is achieved, you can realistically see and feel improvement. I’m 78 and after the initial ‘snap, crackle & pop!’ Improvement is felt and seen! Consistency will get you that Asians ‘internet’ body! You bet there may yet some discomfort. But it’ll be minimal! You won’t miss any trips to the fridge or head! 🤫

The videos were very well done, allowing me to follow the instructions easily, and they increased in degrees of difficulty at a nice pace. The results have been more than I had expected, so I’am very pleased with the experience.

The program is good
The program is good. Instruction is very good and quite helpful, especially with the video. Two concerns: The monthly charge is very high. To the point where I have not used it for more than a month. My next concern is that after completing the original tai chi program, there is no progression and the program starts over. I would like to be able to continue with further more advanced moves after the 30 day program. Is that something that is considered?

I had a problem with the app freezing…
I had a problem with the app freezing on the opening screen and despite reinstalling the app it would not go past the opening screen, I got on the chat to seek help and within seconds a very helpful lady called Samantha had the problem solved. I could not fault her speedy and professional customer service

i am having a little problem with some exercises as I have not done these for a long time but I will endeavor to do all I can and maybe as I go along some muscles might wakeup. I have a Henia which was caused when they split my stomach muscles during a bowel operation
