Didnt need the service but the company was very professional and worked with me on getting my payment back. Professional and polite. And that was from canceling the program. Im sure they treat customers even better.

Do I need to be patient?
I need about 10 days to give a fair assessment. But so far it's working well in that I can do the exercises with out any downside, I go from one routine in to the next and tend not to delay too much by moving steadily along, not rushing. I find I do all the excercises in say 13 minutes +/- rather than the 15/16 recommended. Am I going to quickly?

To answer your question: taking around 13 minutes instead of 15–16 is completely fine! Everyone's pace naturally varies depending on transition times between movements. As long as you are maintaining proper form, breathing comfortably, and completing the exercises without pain or downside, you are not going too quickly. Being patient and giving yourself that 10-day window to assess your progress is a very smart strategy.

We have an elderly family member with early onset dementia and he signed up in error not understanding what he was doing. He now has a recurring charge on his credit card (in American funds) he lives in Canada and we can’t in touch with you to cancel this subscription? Our next step is to cancel the credit card - we are hoping we don’t need to do this. Please give is proper direction to fix this
Sept 2026 - As an update - I was able to communicate directly and they provided a refund and cancelled this gentleman’s account. We are pleased with the prompt attention and service provided.

The reason I re joined was the deal of…
The reason I re joined was the deal of £15-99 per month for tia chea. The draw back was then being charged £30-00, which I was able to stop through my bank.
I only wanted the cheap deal not the "coach" thing.
But I'm happy with the deal I got as I was able to cancel the coach thing. So be careful if renewing to get the deal YOU want without the "tag ons".

Fabulous Customer Service over monthly Charges
I was not aware I could potentially be charged a monthly fee for the MuscleCharge App. I saw 3 months of charges on my credit card and contacted their support group to find out what was going on. They were fast, kind, courteous and professional and with no questions asked, and refunded every charge I was not aware of. I was so appreciative!

Eigenlijk geen enkele ster....
In mijn vraag naar een oplossing voor een misverstand over een abonnement leek het bedrijf met me mee te willen werken en heeft me toen beloofd in een refund van het betaalde bedrag te voorzien.
Na vele berichtjes in verschillende talen en van verschillende medewerkers, wilden ze echter niets vergoeden, ondanks hun eerdere belofte. Belofte gebrioken en dus zeer onbetrouwbaar.
Ik had gelukkig via paypal betaald.
Deze heeft de kwestie in mijn voordeel beslecht en ik had vrijwel meteen de betaling van de refund ontvangen.
Dus heel positief over Paypal en een heel dikke 0 sterren(die ene ster moest ik voor deze melding helaas selecteren) voor de organisatie achter MuscleCharge app.

I'm just into my second week and I can certainly tell it's working. My legs have been super sore, which is what I was hoping for. The first 2 workouts were relatively easy and I was thinking, "This isn't going to do squat." Well, good luck trying to do one...a squat, that is.

I paid £28 for 6 weeks on muscle charge unaware that it would auto renew, I did not even use muscle charge after the first week as it was not suitable for me.
Muscle charged then me £68.65 for an auto renewal which I was not aware of, at first I thought I had been hacked so i made a dispute using paypal unaware that it was an auto renewal that I did not sign up for. I emailed muscle charge support and they said that they would refund me when the dispute ended. The dispute ended in their favour and when i emailed them about the refund they said "our system is no longer able to process a manual refund for this transaction".
Do not use muscle charge they will scam you without you realising.
