frustrating experience
At first, it was fun, and I even paid for it to use in my music. However, after a few weeks, all my generated content suddenly disappeared, and my subscription was canceled without any explanation. Now, when I try to use the three daily free generations, I get a message saying, "You've reached your generation limit" before I’ve even created one. What a frustrating experience.

Unauthorised payment
I originally paid for an annual subscription to Musicfy in Oct 2023 using my credit card. I did not leave my credit card details on file with Musicfy or authorise a repeat subscription.
After several extensive trials I found Musicfy was not suitable for me. So, I had no intention of re-subscribing.
On 19th Oct 2024 I was however contacted by my credit card company regarding a payment trying to be taken by Paddle who are the merchant I believe who collect payments for Musicfy.
I let my credit card company know I did not authorise the payment, and I checked on the Musicfy portal and my credit card details were not on file. So why did Paddle have them?
Since 19th October 2024 I have made repeated attempts to close my Musicfy account down, and it states on their site they will close accounts within 48 hours. They have failed to do this.
It’s ended up with my credit card company now cancelling my credit card to protect me, and they will be issuing me a new one which Paddle and Musicfy can’t get access too.
My credit card company will re-imburse me any unauthorised payments which went to Paddle or Musicfy even if Musicfy won’t close my account, which I have repeatedly asked them to do.

This place was free and it was fun to but then they took the fun right out of it like a walk in the park just to get raped you know musicfy might as well send me some cigarettes in the mail because I like to have a smoke after getting good and fuucked no one can enjoy anything for free anymore now adays I hope whoever made it cost monthly money gets the worst cancer honestly I would give my self cancer if it meant them getting cancer literally I hope your parents die and you have to eat there corps

You cannot delete musicfy.lol-account or change email. They have no customer service at all. So be warned.
