I signed up for their advertised '3-day free trial' to test their AI voices. Within minutes of providing my card details, they attempted to charge me immediately, completely ignoring the 3-day trial period. My bank luckily blocked the transaction as suspicious. There is no functional way to cancel the subscription on their dashboard, and I keep receiving automated emails from 'Jerome' demanding payment for a failed charge that shouldn't have happened in the first place. This service uses deceptive 'dark patterns' and is a total scam. Avoid at all costs!

I signed up to try the platform believing I was only using the free trial. I was never clearly informed that the subscription would renew automatically, and I ended up being charged $10 every month for 6 consecutive months — totaling $60 — without ever using any paid features or even accessing the platform.

When I finally noticed the charges on my billing history, I tried to contact their support by email and received no response at all. The company simply ignores customers.

On top of that, the platform quality is very disappointing. The tools do not deliver what they promise, the experience is poor, and it is certainly not worth any paid plan.

I had to contact my bank to dispute the charges and report the situation publicly because the company left me with no other option. This is not an isolated case — many other users have reported the same pattern of unexpected charges and lack of support.

I do not recommend this platform to anyone.

The last two times I was on Kits, I made some covers, and the octaves were lower than they should've been. The singing of the model was at one level. I was thoroughly disappointed with this sorry site. It's overrated, I think. And I don't see this problem ever being fixed. You're better off using an RVC model with a NVIDIA GPU computer.

They charged me $24.99 even though I canceled months ago! I am filing credit card fraud, bank wire fraud with the Attorney General's office and the FTC.

I am writing this to warn others about the unethical billing practices at Kits.ai.
I signed up for their 3-day trial and was not satisfied with the results. After missing the cancellation window, an initial charge of $9.99 failed because I did not have enough funds on my card. I immediately contacted their support team to cancel the subscription and resolve the issue. They responded and explicitly told me they would "fix it."
Instead of fixing the issue or canceling the subscription as promised, they have spent the last several days aggressively and repeatedly attempting to charge my debit card. They are now completely ignoring my emails while their system continues to try and force the payment through.
It feels like they are simply waiting for me to deposit money into my account so they can snatch it, despite being told I no longer want the service. This is predatory behavior. If you value your financial security, stay away or use a one-time virtual card that you can delete immediately.
Advice to others: Do not trust their "support" promises. Block them at the bank level immediately if you run into issues.

I tried Kits voice changer for a song I am working on and the quality of the recording was terrible, the timing was off and the newly created melody was not even close to my original melody. Kits is a good idea, but definitely requires more work. Until it improves, it currently is a waste of money.

I bought the starter plan and every time i record there is no sound at all, you should refund my money, i record songs for kindergaten kids and due to an illness my voice is not good, why dont you read the reviews and refund money or answers to these reviews

Big scam company. Never in my life I felt so frustrated and disappointed from a service like . Garbage quality no refund police awful customer service. Don't spend your money on this scam . STAY AWAY

I went through their entire exhausting cancellation flow during the free trial — all those annoying “are you sure?”, “here’s a discount”, “please reconsider” steps — and I completed every single one of them.
Even so, they charged me 10 dollars after I had already canceled. There is no chance this was a mistake on my side. I clearly remember finishing the whole cancellation process.

To make things worse, their support has not responded at all. No acknowledgment, no explanation, nothing.
Charging a customer after cancellation and then ignoring them is simply abusive and unacceptable.

I do not recommend this service. If a company can’t respect a cancellation and doesn’t even bother replying to support tickets, it’s not trustworthy.

Another terrible AI product that overpromises and under delivers . Decided to try it out after watching several YouTube videos on the ease of vocal conversion. The result was nothing natural and failed to meet expectations. I asked for a refund and OF COURSE they said no… “Terms of service say no refunds”. Piss poor products usually hide between bait and switch marketing tactics. This one is on me for not doing enough research.

Here's what I'm dealing with right now. First, the quality of things you can do here is pretty crap. And then when I tried cancelling the sub, I just can't. The supposed cancel button doesn't work. So I got billed again. After that, I can no longer login. And I'm afraid they'd bill me again next month. But how can I delete my account when I couldn't even log in?

Impossible to unsubscribe once signing up for a trial. Avoid at all costs.

I cancelled my subscription and still got billed despite not having used it since I renewed it. It's a complete scam and made for it to be difficult to cancel but doesn't ask for confirmation when you want to renew it, so if you press on that button by mistake is over. Deleted my account, will never use it again.

I paid $30 for their service and it was the worst money I’ve ever spent. This website is nothing but a scam. I purchased the “Professional voice clone” to use my own voice in my productions. I spent hours registering, mastering, and recording my voice to provide the best possible samples. The site took 90 minutes to analyze each sample, which made me believe the result would be professional and accurate. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite.

The cloned voice was unusable, and all attempts to adjust it using the available options failed. I also tried their so-called “AI mastering,” which didn’t improve the quality at all – instead, it completely ruined my tracks.

On top of that, the company does not offer refunds, which is outrageous given how poor their services are. At this point, I am considering filing a chargeback with my card provider, because what they deliver has nothing to do with music. In my opinion, this is pure fraud and money extortion.

I bought premium to clone a voice. The cloning was horrible and even a little close. Can't get a refund. I don't recommend, this is a horrible website/app and business.
