It's definitely scam!

I obviously canceled my subscription on October. But yesterday I checked that the subscription has been renewed without my consent. And they refused refund. I think they are scam. don't use it!

혹시라도 한국분들 보실까봐 작성하는데, 요즘 광고 많이 때린다고 해서 절대 사용하지 마시고, 절대 결제하지 마세요. 구독 취소해도 자동결제되고, 무엇보다 성능이 별로 좋지 않습니다. 돈 받고 팔정도의 퀄리티가 절대 아닌데, 참 안타깝네요.

I cancelled and there service errored out and they keep trying to be bill me. I have reached out to their support at least 3-4 times to get them to stop and they keep quoting their terms at me, to which I have screenshots of there cancelation process erroring out. I am starting to feel like this is a scam and on purpose. I have also asked they delete my information to which they have not and have keep my account despite me asking many times to remove.

It’s a scam, they took my money, and continue my subscription without my consent. It was the first month and it was not mentioned clearly. They don’t want to reimburse me. You can’t create your own voice, your voice has nothing to do with your voice. YouTube is not available. It’s a pure scam

This is officially the saddest AI site in the world. it used to be good. now you have to pay mandatory. also for the kits vocals so the dead normal boring ones (NOT CELEB) hardly any celebs can be found yet so why still pay for kits. didn't think so really rotten rotten rotten bad

I concur with all the negative reviews here on Trustpilot. Seems to be the only place with honest reviews. Other sites and Youtube hyping about it but my paid experience of it was so terrible.

The voices cannot hit the notes, it cracks, gets distorted or out of tune. Frustrating and such a waste of time especially when you are on a serious time crunch.

Just like some of the reviews here, had a lot of trouble sometimes to download the voice. Mastering was such a nightmare. Two days in a row, I could not download the mastered music. I had to pay extra to master my music elsewhere. Never again.

I want to ask for a refund. I almost cannot play around on Kits AI because it is very limited. It is almost unusable when editing voices. It doesn't meet my expectations. Now I can't even download the last one that I have created due to limitations. I refreshed the page many times but still it shows 2:02 to download and I have to wait until next month. It's like, what? Is this serious? This is totally insane.

I downgraded my subscription mid-cycle and was shocked to find my account downgraded immediately, despite having paid for the full month.

Losing access to all of my work, being forced to pay the full month subscription just for 2 weeks AGAIN until the next billing cycle. It's disappointing and unfair—customers deserve the service they paid for. Extremely shady practice.

Customer service replies fast but doesn't offer any help, even confirmed the shady practice.

The 1 Star goes to the GUI, which is made pretty well and convenient to work with.

I've used it for a while, and like 75% of the features are now behind a paywall (including the main feature of cloning voices) AND YOU CANT EVEN DOWNLOAD THE RECORDINGS ANYMORE
kits.ai is a cashgrab website, do not pay a single dollar to them.

Since Kits AI put more things behind a paywall and removed community-created voices (ie, Kurt Cobain; Heavy Weapons Guy, etc.), things have been getting worse and worse. I will never use Kits AI again until the paywall becomes less restricting, thank you for your time, and for screwing over your community.

Removal of saved AI Voices disapproved

AI Kits removing the Saved AI voices of Blaze the Cat, Amy Rose and others is a Major mistake and I want them back at once.

This thing is a piece of crap first they got rid of the cuphead voice and now it's only singers voice like come on no one wants to hear that that stupid stuff and no one likes this game because of that stupid creator.

This website once had a great community and was a very easy way for people to delve into creating with AI voices, but through several changes, feature removals, and paywall became something more suited for those who wish to use AI professionally and are willing to pay for it. It went from the removal of the community tab, to limiting YouTube conversions, to limiting conversions in general with minutes, and then the worst of it came when they made download minutes something you had to pay for, making the free tier effectively useless. Then soon after they shut down their discord presumably due to the negative backlash they received throughout those changes. The current state of Kits.ai is very disappointing. The service itself is decent, but much less accessible than before and not worth it from the perspective of someone who's used it since its early days.
