Don't expect them to answer your issues promptly over the phone, terrible attitudes
Called today to get pricing on an item on the website - the part had no price, stated it was on a winter discount and to call to get pricing. I called to speak with sales, got a guy and he basically forgot about me. I had several people pick up and ask who I was holding for, and left me on the line.
I was on the line for 20 minutes. The lady I spoke with originally came on after about fifteen minutes and asked if I was still holding for sales, I said yes, and she sighed and was like "oh jeeze". Maybe this is a regular thing with the Mutton Power sales team?
A different guy ended up picking up the phone, I told him that I had been waiting on the line for over 20 minutes and he just made excuses, had no pricing for me.
No sympathy, just an argument. I'll go elsewhere for my implement needs - two of which I was planning on purchasing today. Mutton Power lost my business and my recommendations for others.

Today I took my mower in because the deck was uneven and not cutting well. I cut commercial yards so any down time sets me back. Rob looked at and said he could fix it for me. In 20 minutes the mower was ready. I cannot think Rob enough for getting to me so quick. Also, Landon in sales has helped me a lot. I will continue to buy and have my service work done at Muttons.
