Call them first, items listed but not in stock
Ordered 2 items, 6 vapes in total, had order confirmation and completion e-mails for these but no item received, when chased a week later I was advised, “it’s been refunded”. No communication of this prior. Unfortunate, was god price, but listing things they don’t have to sell, caused hassle and left me without vapes.

I have been vaping Amazonia British Tobacco for some time The order I have received isn’t what I expected the boxes are different to what is advertised on the site and also the flavour is different
It also didn’t come the day the website specified
Needless to say this will be my one and only order from MV shop

At this point don't know who's fault it is but if I recieved any sort of customer service from this company I'd know...
Story goes like this, previous liquid seller stopped selling the liquid I wanted so found MVShop great!!
I order £70-£100 of liquid a month basically I ordered on the 30th of December it's now the 18th of January this companies customer care team message over whatsapp? Don't ask I've no idea why... explained on the 14th I haven't recieved my liquid they track down the tracking said it was delivered on the 10th showed me a screenshot signature wasn't mine spoke to royal mail services my tracking number doesn't match my adress I even sent the screenshot to this guy on whatsap??!! Still no answer they told me they were going to talk to a dispatcher and get back to me 2 days later of read messages and no answers to give me a refund seems like I've just paid for someone's day at work and got nothing but

AND A BUNCH IF BS
