This company has been the worst I have ever dealt with. Firstly, they sent me the wrong item. Then they refused to send me return postage to return the item and receive a refund. I have since contacted my bank and asked for a chargeback. Stay well clear; you have been warned.

Placing order was really easy I had a text before dispatch to say the colour I wanted was out of stock and did I want a different one instead which was a first for me I wasn’t concerned about colour to be fair delivery was quick and easy I went for next day and it arrived on time and it was well wrapped to stop anything breaking very happy would recommend

ACTUALLY 0* I ORDERED A BOX OF 10 VAPES, SENT THE WRONG VAPES AND NOT ANSWERING MY MESSAGES, PHONE NUMBER NOT VALID, I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE FLAVOUR OF THE ONES THEY SENT £60 + DOWN THE DRAIN 😡😡😡

Didn't have what I ordered, sent a different variant which I reluctantly agreed to as I've had them before and they've all developed a fault but I thought I'd give them another go. Both items were faulty out of the box. I emailed as soon as I'd tested the vapes and got an almost immediate response at 9pm Friday evening asking for videos of the faults which I sent the following day. I've since been ignored on email, ignored on the phone, ignored on WhatsApp and ignored on text messaging when I should have had a full refund. They've stolen my money. Don't waste your time or money being ripped off by these scammers. Not to be trusted.

I don't know how this firm survives I bought some vape coils allegedly for Aspire K3 what arrived was nothing like a coil for K3 I emailed and told them so I and received no reply I emailed with a photograph of the K3 coil and the coil they sent I ask them what they were going to do about it and they did not reply what a shambles of a firm stair clear

I have bought from this company a few times & other than once when delivery was a bit slow haven't had a problem. This time I ordered Sunday & the payment page said my payment couldn't be verified however the money has left my account. I have tried numerous times to get in contact with them to resolve this. Leaving more than one whats app message & trying to call them on whats app & I have also left a message on their website chat & have heard nothing. Looks like I'll have to raise a dispute with my bank to hopefully get my money back.

Next day delivery paid for ,,,so far 4 days for them to find it get sent an update on the delivery,,still nothing. Texted their customer service on WhatsApp no response, emailed them no response... I could be they regular customer but nah thank you

Awful service order not fulfilled

I was apprehensive at first ordering from here after reading a few reviews, but the vape I wanted (BP80) was a really good price from here so I risked it, I was contacted by telephone to say the colour I wanted wasn’t in stock and would I like a different colour, to be honest I wasn’t bothered about the colour I just wanted this particular vape, it came 2 days later and packaged well, I will definitely use this company again, thanks 5* review from me :)
