Very poor service order sent to wrong address possibly with my personal details customer service can be so hard to get hold of delivery was already late before being sent to wrong address

I’ve been a returning customer now for over a year. Always excellent quality products. And excellent customer services. Delivery times are quick. No complaints at all and I’ve ordered many many times. I would definitely recommend ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

AVOID AT ALL COST!
placed an order, paid extra for next day delivery, waited a few days with no notification of it being dispatched, reached out to them and they said they didn't have the full order in stock and were waiting for them to come into stock. After 10 days I contacted them again , got left of read and eventually I requested a refund which I did get.
Never had this type of unprofessionalism. Stick to companies you trust like e-cig clouds

Been ordering from these guys for year now. Very efficient and responsive service. Delivery literally takes a day or two maximum. Always accommodating with flavours.

If I could give this company a lower rating than 1 I would. I believe Ukvaperwhole.co.uk has been by far the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with. I ordered quite a large order of vape products and paid extra for 24-hour delivery from what I thought looked like a legitimate company with a legitimate website. The next day someone contacted me on WhatsApp asking to vary the order, which I accepted as it was a small variation. After I didn’t receive my order 3 days later, I tried to contact the number on the website which just keeps ringing and did any time I rang it over the next number of days. I filled out a customer contact form from their website - no response at all and still none, over 10 days later. Eventually I got through by text message conversation with the person on WhatsApp who had asked to vary my order, but who hardly responds and they blamed the delivery company. Even when I openly called what they’re doing a scam they didn’t deny it at all. They will not put you through to any manager or supervisor and will give you another WhatsApp business number that just rings and rings. There is no way to find out about your order or what is happening.
This is what I think happened to me. Ukvaperwholesale.co.uk accepted my order and take my payment. They then place an order for delivery with DPD the delivery company. They then didn’t deliver the parcel to the delivery company, or they cancelled delivery, but they have the picture of DPD’s delivery company label. When I asked for a refund, they sent me a picture of the label and some kind of screenshot of a computer screen supposedly showing a refund as ‘proof’ of what has happened. They blame the delivery company for ‘loosing’ the parcel but when I got on to DPD’s company website and put in the tracking number from the label it said that they hadn't received the parcel from the company. I even spoke to someone in DPD and they confirmed this. I believe I only got a refund because I threatened to report them to trading standards and had to send 20 plus messages a day for a week asking for my money back. Their customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to complaints at all and there is no way of contacting them. I am only lucky that they WhatsApp’ed me otherwise I would have had no means to contact them and would have had to raise a dispute with my bank to do a charge-back to get my money back or maybe I wouldn’t have even got it back. I wonder how many other people have just written off the loss with smaller orders with this company. Absolutely shocking business. Wish I'd never had anything to do with them at all.

I honestly can’t recommend this company enough! From the prices and quality of the products to the incredibly quick delivery, everything has been brilliant.

But what really stood out to me was their customer service. I was looking for a particular vape that was no longer showing as in stock, and rather than simply telling me it was unavailable, they went above and beyond to help me track one down. The time and effort they put into helping me was genuinely appreciated and really made a difference.

Sent the wrong product and sent disposable vapes which are banned and to make matters even worse, they're all expired by 3 years.

No reply from customer service

they are all ways very good at delivery even thought the cost is abit high for me dont for get tax added but perfect communication with any need, will do what it is your asking of them to a fault. i use them every week for my vapes and rely on their orders so im true in saying i wouldn't go any other place well till my vapes run out that is i do thank them every time i get my vapes threw
