Cons:
Really bad customer service. They advertise you can speak to them on Whatsapp however he reads your messages but DOES NOT REPLY??
The “order within” countdown is incorrect, are you tellingg me that you post at midnight? I have emailed them about this and they didn't reply. The timer will make people think there getting their package The next day however it's a day or two realistically.
A friend of mine had some missing nicotine shots and it has taken them 9 or so days to sort out, again with really poor communication.
Pros
Prices are good, not bad for Ultimate Puff e-liquid

Placed my first order and goods arrived quickly and well packaged. There was a slight issue with the product but after 1 phone call this was rectified immediately. All in all I’m impressed with this company and will definitely be using again.
