My Digitalplanner Avis 51

When I purchased this product I could not open any of the tabs which is their biggest selling point. The planner itself is plain and not appealing at all. My Notebook app is 10 times better than this product. When I asked for a refund I was told no and that they would fix the problem. They then told me to contact Notability to fix the problem. Somehow Fluidtouch became involved and 4 weeks later I still have a product that does not work and the company still refusing to refund my money. This product is a SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE!

Yep. I was scammed too. Can't get any instructions or help. My bank flagged this as a scam and declined it twice. I had to call my bank to verify that it was me that tried to make the purchase. I should of followed my banks advice. $29.00 down the drain.

We can't all be wrong! I consider myself to be computer savvy, but this product is poorly designed, provides no instructions and quite frankly a complete waste of time. Buyer beware. If you have $29 to give away, give me 1/2 for warning you and you save $15 dollars. Just sayin.

TOTAL SCAM! I wish I’d read these reviews BEFORE I spent the $40CAD! If I could give them negative stars I would.

I ordered this digital planner. Sounded too good to be true but I’m gullible and sucked right into it. I attempted to download it once it was sent to me. I was unable to download it and for over a month now I’ve been seeking a refund. I can’t even get them to respond. They completely ignore my emails. Shame shame shame on you digital planner employees. Customers should never be ignored.

This planner is a total waste of money. I agree with other reviews that they misrepresent their review ratings. The planner hyperlinks do not work. And I paid $79 Canadian with taxes so apparently they are also increasing their prices at an alarming rate. I have demanded a refund but they just keep sending my useless instructions that did not fix the problem. I cannot open any of the tabs regardless of what I do. The look of this planner is very disappointing. I am going to report this company as selling a fraudulent product on every web based platform I can think of and I suggest others do the same.

I paid $40 CAD and received and error message right away so I haven’t even been able to download it. I’ve messaged support a few times with no response. It’s a scam and I’m pretty sure I’m out the $40. Stay away!

I wasted $29 on this digital planner that makes me feel like I should have just kept using the paper planner. It doesn't make sense and has all of these pages that are unnecessary. I can't even annotate in it. I have to scroll down and keep clicking on pages to try and find the current date. I am clicking on tabs and nothing is happening. I keep reading the instructions but nothing is working. I could have spent a lot less on a nice planner from Etsy that actually works. I regret this purchase and most likely will never download another product like this again.

Frustration. I spent $29. to download what I thought was a great idea--a digital planner. However, I get error messages when trying to download and no response whatsoever from "support". There is no friendly tutorial that I could find. Everything I clicked on says purchase this, or purchase that, and let's be successful together! BS. Stay away. Don't get ripped off. I have a feeling I've been duped.

Stay away from them. Their website sells a digital planner which needs add ons to work - they state they are all free so no additional costs needed. I have a mac and the add ons are not free - they knew this but still sold it. Also their website shows a Trust pilot rating of 4.5 but Trust pilot does not show that! Here is their response stating they knew the problem and still sold the product.
