Ordered an item but came back expired. I quickly reached out to the seller via WhatsApp and was resolved instantly. Received the same item in date couple of days later. Prompt service and seller communication was excellent. Update me on the item at every stage. I am happy with the overall experience and service.

They do not deserve one star.

Misleading website.
Wrong product sent.
Trying for 3 weeks to get a refund.
Customer service dosent know the managers number so can’t transfer mr to him.Can hardly speak English and waiting over 3 weeks for him to approve the refund.

4 weeks now and no traces of my order.
Now I feel I have been scammed

I have a small catering business and ordered some oyster mushrooms 5 days in advance of the date required. Also paid for delivery within 1-3 business days but the items have not arrived!

I received a DPD tracking number but when checking it on the site, it says that they are still waiting for the package from the store.
I emailed customer service who said that there are delays due to the holiday season (I’m assuming Easter even though that had already passed). Anyways 10 days in and still no delivery, I’ve asked for a refund and haven’t had a response since. Extremely disappointed and will not be using this site again

Its been over a week and i still have not received my order!! Despite it saying fast delivery on their website, clearly that was a lie!!!!

Order said delivery within 3 days. After the 1st week I received a dispatch email and then 2 weeks later I just received a refund with no explanation why.

got my order completley wrong sent me red potatoes
insted of jersey potatoes. I E mailed you and phoned you to no avail so you see you are not even worth 1 star

Product quality good and delivery was on time

I order ot two times a cake and both time all cake smashed and they didn't semd me my money back or new cake I show them smashed cake

I chose to get a item form you for my wife's birthday and chose to pay extra so it came within two working days so it would come in plenty of time. After 5 working days I emailed you and you and you replied stating that the item is stuck with UPS and do not worry and that you would sort this out and get back to me. Another 2 working days later (and now past my wife's birthday) I'd still not received my item and you'd not got back to me. I tried ringing you (no answer), I tried on line chat (just said an email had been sent), I tied emailing again but no answer. It's now two weeks and I'm about to go to my credit card company when I receive an email from stating that the item is not in stock and I would receive a full refund. I gave you 2 stars instead of 1 because i did get the refund. But you really need to sort your customer services out, that was very stressful and the wife was very disappointed

There was bad communication about a delayed order. I never found out what happened to it. And the order still hasn’t arrived.

Order the package on a Wednesday and it said 2 business days delivery so I should have get it on Friday not the following Friday after 9 days. And also the package was meant to be delivered frozen and came in complete defrost. Probably never order again from this website

Terrible absolutely terrible, I have not received or got an update on this order since conformation. I cannot get a hold of the seller by phone email or what’s app it’s a total scam I will never use them again and I advise no one to use them as they just take your money

I did not ever receive my order and have not been refunded. The company is nonresponsive to my emails.

Didn’t get my order yet it’s been three weeks

I placed an order on 6 Feb 2023, received a tracking number on 8 Feb but UPS status is still waiting for the parcel from sender, and until now I have yet to receive my order. I emailed them twice for an update, and requesting that they refund my order if the item is unavailable. My order was £88, and I have been extremely patient so far but I think I have waited long enough. Please refund my order #4161.
