Saveloys are so difficult to get hold of these days. Not great when you love them. My Africa Caribbean Were the best price for price including p&p. Definitely on my favourites list now.

Didn't get what I ordered, despite efforts to get in contact with them they just ignored me.
REPLY - I didn't say I didn't receive anything, I said "I didn't receive what I ordered" meaning you sent me something different, I sent several messages on What's App only to receive the same automated reply each time of 'Thank you for your message. We’re unavailable right now, but will respond as soon as possible' & I also emailed but never heard anything back - but you were quick enough responding to this negative review? It seems I'm not the only one who's had the same issue with you when looking at your other reviews!
SECOND REPLY - I have NEVER spoken to you on the phone & we certainly didn't speak yesterday & you definitely didn't call me "multiple times"! Just admit your customer service is shocking & lying is just another example of your poor customer service skills!! I can prove we have NEVER spoke & I can prove that you never called me...can you do the same? I think not! It's a shame you couldn't respond to my original complaint as quickly as you have to my negative review!

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. After placing my order almost four weeks ago, I have still not received it, the contents may well be off by now since it was a frozen fruit puree I ordered. I have messaged customer support to continue receiving a copied and pasted message telling me they are "dealing with the issue and will keep me updated" I have not received a single update, it doesn't feel like I've even spoken to a human being from the company since emailing them almost two weeks ago. I have asked for a refund THREE TIMES and have been sent the exact same "we are dealing with the issue" token message all three times, my request has been ignored. I repeat, absolutely ridiculous way to deal with such an issue. I will not be purchasing from them again and urge others to steer well clear.

Speedy delivery and all was in good condition.
