SCAM
Called claiming they were from a different company. Once I realized they were not the service they claimed, tried to cancel; got multiple call transfers/disconnects. Was told must notify in writing and would take more than 30 days to complete cancellation. Do not trust these scammers!

After reviewing the claim, the issue referenced was determined to be pre-existing prior to the policy becoming active. As outlined in the agreement, pre-existing conditions are not eligible for coverage under the terms of the contract. You filed a claim only 2 weeks after policy was active.

We respectfully disagree with this characterization and would like to provide clarification.
The benefits referenced were attempted to be used prior to the policy becoming active, within few days of starting. As clearly outlined during enrollment and within the agreement, coverage and member benefits do not go into effect until the required initial payment has been received and the policy is active.
These requirements are standard and applied consistently to all customers. We understand the frustration, but this was not a denial of valid active coverage.

You withleld information about the cost of the program. You told me only $75 and $179 not the thousands of dollars that I would have to pay. And kept the $75 as non returnable.
