I have never been so dissatisfied with the company in my entire life. There’s not one person who knows what has been communicated regarding my account. Nobody communicates there nobody is up to speed. There are not two people that know exactly what’s going on on my account or have been helpful at all, especially in a time like this, these people are so clueless it’s beyond my comprehension they are very unprofessional and when they learned that they were still gonna get paid or that they were gonna get paid first with my house in foreclosure they actually celebrated over the phone while I was on the phone I do not recommend nor would I ever recommend this mortgage company to anyone

When I got a snail mail letter and an email following that, I was suspecting a spam. Hence did not act. A letter from my existing mortgage company indicating that the loan (servicing) has been transitioned would have made my understanding clearer.

Valon Mortgage changed the address from the last servicer, such that mail never made it to my address.

Valon regularly takes up to two weeks to cash my checks. In under a year I had 2 separate tax issues, first one Valon overpaid, second one underpaid. In response to my detailed emails, Valon sends a form letter that doesn't address the specific problem.

User friendly. Easy to access.

I wish I could I cancel this company. My morgage is constantly being sold and this company now makes my withdrawals the 1st of month. My tenants don’t pay until at least the third or fourth and I told them to change the withdrawal date but now they just keep charging me $20 insufficient funds when that account is only for my tenants money. It’s exhausting and not OK They charged me a no funds account when they withdrew from the wrong account. I’ve asked to change the withdrawal date multiple times they won’t do it.

Nightmare

Valon has been awesome (and easy!) to work with. Whether it was our HELOC or shifting payments to bi-weekly, it has been smooth with everything. Couldn't recommend them more!

Our Loan Officer, Joey Savino, kept us informed of the loan progress and was proactive in moving things along to get the loan approved and funds deposited into our checking account in a short period of time.

The worst mortgage company in the world they purposely try to increase your payments to take your home a bunch of scamers natzes and will keep adding to your mortgage until u loose your home be were my mortgage went from $499 to $970 a month before were legally will take your home find another company
