Excellent and easy to deal with customer service throughout my order process. Beautiful breeches arrived exactly when promised, and well packed - I am very happy with them. Good communication, including Royal Mail tracking links. Customer service helpfully mentioned that some items would take a few weeks to order from the overseas manufacturer and suggested an alternative currently in stock. I bought one more item in the sale, sale prices are excellent. I've been completely impressed from start to finish, mybreeches.com is a class act - I wish all other equestrian suppliers would be as good!

I ordered riding boots and was struggling with sizing. I have received wonderful support from Leanne from start to finish and got my beautiful boots in the perfect size!

My Breeches are amazing! Their service was incredible, particularly as I am in Australia and they went above and beyond to help me when my order got stuck in customs ( aus customs fault not theirs) and their prices are lower then I could buy in Australia, even with postage. Great service great products I will definitely buy again from them moving forward.

I discovered My Breeches about 5 years ago now. Now I won't go anywhere else for my breeches as their range of products and knowledge on fit of each is first class.
Their customer service and delivery is so good.
They have even helped me with gloves/stirrups/riding helmets. I can recommend they are worth a try

Great comms when they viewed me as a customer, but very slow/no comms when i tried to return. Refund still pending...

Despite finding the time to reply on trustpilot, still no refund or advice that refund is on its way. Need to review priorities perhaps?!

I needed advice on style and sizing. The girls were super helpful. Appeared to have plenty of stock too. Items were well packaged and quick delivery. Will use again.

Exceptional customer service from the ladies at my breeches. Great to be able to talk real people who knows their product and are able to confidently help you select the perfect style and fit of breeches for you. I'm 6ft tall and a little inside knowledge from the team has benefited me hugely in my choices. They are always happy to answer any queries. Big thumbs up from me!

Ordered an item that was stated as in stock nearly two weeks ago and still no update on delivery, or response from customer service. Starting to doubt this is a legitimate supplier.

I have purchased a few items from their website one item being some gloves that were the wrong size, I phoned them as I was a bit lost on the returns process and was met with super friendly and helpful staff who explained the process and even went as far as to put away a pair of the correct size gloves to ensure that when my return was processed they still had it in stock and could send it out immediately. If I remember correctly from the date I posted my return I had the correct size gloves within 3 days.
As a side note I actually enjoy browsing their newsletters too (which is something I very rarely feel about brand newsletters, most are just pushing product into your face and trying to get you to buy it), they are well put together and somehow always know which items to highlight to catch my eye haha. Often showing which items go well together and making it feel more like a magazine that you can browse through.

Excellent customer service. Such a treat to be able to deal with a human being instead of being directed to FAQs and online chats. They are really prepared to go the extra mile to give you the right product for your needs.
