Have never booked a holiday over the phone but I found my agent Julie so informative and helpful she listened to what my situation and needs as required and acted on them as I requested she made the booking process easy to understand and explained all I needed to know before I went ahead and put a deposit down and if I need any advice or information I find i have no difficulty in contacting her i woukd recommend this company very much

Best Itinerary & Excellent Customer Service
Their brochure was clear, and their trip offered a much fuller and better quality itinerary than the other providers I looked at. Canda trips agent was clear, knowledgeable, and helpfull, no question went without a full answer.

The service is exceptional, we had changes we wanted as well as date changes. Nothing was too much trouble, Cheryl was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly and gave us time to think about our options

Booking & Arranging a Trip with My Canada Trips
The arranging and booking was such a great experience. I dealt with Cheryl McIntosh and she was so helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. On the odd occasion when I called her and she was in a meeting, the other staff at My Canada took great care of me and Cheryl got back to me really quickly and as soon as she could. I am looking forward to the vacation but can honestly say that My Canada, and Cheryl in particular, made this rather complex trip really easy.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service so far. Although we haven't been on the trip yet the service and advice given by Gavin Dorn has been excellent. We had a couple of concerns regarding the itinerary and time of year to go. The itinerary was amended to accommodate our requirements and recommendations were given. We were filled with confidence and have booked and look forward to our trip.

Great service
We wanted extras over My Canada advertised trip from east coast to west which included Toronto to Niagara to Calgary, Lake Louise and Banff then Rocky Mountaineer to Vancouver and Alaskan Cruise. Agent Vicky Kennedy made our holiday work. Excellent hotel rooms booked and most transfers arranged. Use this company with confidence.

Every part of my trip was fantastic
Every part of my trip was fantastic. The hotels were above my expectation, the train experience was great. How did they produce such wonderful food in such cramped conditions ? All the staff that I came into contact with were helpful and professional.
I intend to visit some of the places again in the future, not as part of such a complicated journey.

Everything went to plan. Whenever there was a query or concern about the planning before the trip, it was always answered quickly and efficiently.
During the trip there were no problems whatsoever and I now have complete confidence in this company’s ability to organise another holiday. Which is what it will do.

The programme which was proposed by My Canada, worked really well and the advice on the cruise was excellent.
Whole trip was for our 50Th wedding anniversary and did not disappoint. Thanks to My Canada who put the whole programme together to cover our wishes

Pleased with the arrangements you made for us and the hotels booked.
However the Suite hotel Rosedale and Robson in Vancouver would be better for visitors staying a number of days. For one night it would have been nicer in a hotel proper. Its proximity to Yaletown was a big plus.
Hotel Grand Pacific in Victoria was great, conveniently situated with excellent restaurant!
Your recommendation to visit Butchart Garden appreciated. Two good restaurants were Nautical Nellies and Finns
Middle Beach lodge at the Headlands Tofino was star place we stayed at. Great retreat but staying in for dinner one night was disappointing. Very boring food.
In Whistler the Aava Whistler was very convenient for the village but no restaurant. However found a whacky cafe for breakfast and good restaurants. The museum Audain Gallery worth mentioning. Lots of First Nations masks. Also paintings by Emily Carr, a famous Canadian painter. Amazing place.
Sun peaks lodge was fine except for power outage!
In Jasper wouldn’t recommend Marmot Lodge. Very dated and tired motel. Needs a facelift. Quite a hike into town. The museum is worth a mention and very interesting
Emerald Lake lodge was special with lovely cabins amongst the trees. We had room with balcony looking through trees to the lake. Good restaurant and food excellent.
