Not the locations fault at all .
Not the locations fault at all .. lack of organisation. Wrong tyres supplied .. offered an alternative. No real discount . No alternative available..then told it would be that afternoon after booking an appointment for first thing. Complete waste of time on a day off . No new tyres . Going somewhere else

Scheduled service
I was booked in for a general service and was happy with quote given.
When I phoned to book I let them know I need my car back by 1:30pm, for work. Was told no problem.
I arrived on time and was asked if 3:30pm was ok for pick up. I told them I was informed 1:30, as I had accepted work.
Received a call at 1pm to inform me I Apparently needed a new battery- I’d never noticed anything wrong with it and asked if they could hold off on that as I’m not one to throw things out if they’re not broken. I was told I really needed a new one.
I was also informed I required new tyres and a wheel alignment, so from my happiness of a decent quote, it jumped dramatically.
I felt forced to accept the add ons, even after questioning them. I am a female, and hate the fact we are taken for a ride!!

The guys were absolutely awesome
The guys were absolutely awesome. I came in late yesterday afternoon. The tire was shredded and fixed it up. I was gone within half an hour. Great job. Great service.
