Great service, flexible and transparent
I had concerns that my car had issues with the front suspension, and went in to the store and spoke with the person I think manages the place. He was able to squeeze me in the same day for a 30 minute diagnostic check which was amazing. They showed me under the car and went through the issues in detail which I really appreciated. He was super transparent about the whole thing. I left the shop feeling really good about the experience, which is rare when leaving a mechanic for me. I will be back and recommend others in the area give them a go.

Outstanding service by My Car…
Outstanding service by My Car Charnwood.
Service was conducted with no fuss and total professionalism. Advise given on other areas (suspension) that needed attention.
They advised they could do the work but advised to get a quote for Pedders in the first instance.
