John was very helpful and friendly.

I went at wrong time when team was having lunch. But amazed how I was dealt with. I even asked the store manger that i can come after lunch. But he said no he is happy to deal now. Great guy. He said cannot help immediately as he is low on staff and gave me some options to leave car or come back within 2 hrs. Highly recommend the store and team for their service.

Polite enough but lacked expertise. Got quoted for a service for the wrong model. Very weird when my details are in their database and I have been to other mycar branches before. Then was quoted for tyre sizes that were not appropriate for my vehicle. To top it off I was advised my washer fluid cap was missing. I take a look and it's still attached and hanging off the back of the washer fluid tube.

I called the place to book a service for coming week, I desperately needed my front tyres replaced, and John was very helpful to fit me on the same day. Kept me informed about the job and price. And explained very well about the things that were done on my car after the service. Excellent!!

John & Team at Deer Park, despite how busy they are ALL the time, still booked my dad’s car in for service. Managed to fix a lot of ongoing problems he had. Always grateful for their service & advice given and absolutely loved the service packages they offer for both car AND tyres ✌🏼

I can’t speak highly enough of the fantastic service I received at My Car Brimbank! Simone went above and beyond to help me out by fitting four new tyres for my wife’s Kia Sorrento Platinum. He was prompt, professional, and extremely accommodating, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days! I’ll definitely be coming back to service my other car here. Highly recommended!

Repaired the punctured rear left tyre. However refused to repair the spare tyre when there was clearly a nail in the tyre.
I reinflated the spare tyre and noticed there was a nail.
I assume the technician has a quick visual inspection and made up his mind.

Really helpful and gave a prompt detailed description on the car’s issues to be remedied.

Turned up 20 mins before closing on Saturday afternoon with a screw in my tyre. Staff stayed back late to ensure my tyre was repaired so I could make the long drive home safely. They even managed to give the car a quick once over and give me a list of some other issues that need looking at. Fantastic service and I would definitely use again if I lived in the area
