My handbrake issue was finally resolved - great! Just a shame that the mechanics did not advise me earlier of what really needed to be done to fix the problem (i.e. obtain a replacement for the faulty cable).

The car was serviced in the time frame given. I was updated on how the car was going and if anything was needing attention in the near future. Thanks for the great service

Quick, good price, proactive staff

I felt I was overcharged for the windscreen wiper blades on my Focus at $170.00 per pair. The online prices from two separate outlets are $65 and $69. Even Repco only charges $100 for their top line Trico blades. When I queried your price, I was informed that that was because it included fitting! That's a 5 minute job I could do myself (and will in future). The overall service job was satisfactory, but I think customer service could be improved.

I’m new to the area of Foresthill, just needed a light bulb changed and decided to pop in for a quote and potential service? They were prompt on arrival and very generously decided to change my brake lights for free!!!! May they be blessed for their generosity.

Took in tyre for basic slow leak repair, which i have been keeping inflated for last 4 months filling twice weekly. When I collect it has new damage to side wall, which was not there when I brought it in. And noone checked the tyre which would have left me with a blow out. Staff didnt check tyre, but Luckily I noticed, then I had to pay additional $100 for a new tyre.
No checks, tyre was damaged onsiteby staff. Not happy, incentive to go somewhere else next time. Not good enough.
