Quick, easy process great job

Booked for Friday, but I was not booked on the day took 5 hours and I was so bored walking around. I informed that my car has coolant problem and fan only works on no 4 . He did not tell me about the fan becore. Afyer my work done this fan is done by electonist. It would be better if he could not do the fan I would prepare accordingly.Anyway my car got done. Coolant changed.

I had taken the vehicle in the previous evening in the expectation that it would be done on the morning of the booking. However it wasn't done until last thing in the afternoon and I was told this was because they had booked it in for the following Tuesday (one week later on 22/7). You can check the call recording to verify that I asked for Tuesday 15/7 - I made the call on 9/7 at 1.04pm.
Further, if you listen to that recording you will hear that I booked an essential service (and declined a plus service) but found when I picked the car up that it had been "upgraded" to an essential service plus. I felt I had no choice to accept this as the "work" had been done. However, on later inspection, I saw the tyres were NOT rotated as I had marked one of the wheels to verify this and it is still in the same position, also verified by the increased brake dust on the front wheels, just the same as prior to the service. I also had the tyres installed at the same outlet in 10/21 and ongoing rotation is part of the deal. So no rotation was done so I effectively paid for roadside assistance that I did not ask for.
They also seem to be unaware that this car has a service interval of 1 year as the sticker placed has a 6 month date on it, so I am left wondering about the suitability of the service performed. I won't be going back for any routine service as it clearly can't be trusted.

Very disappointed. Took my daughter's car here after calling them to ask if they thought they could fix it. Was told yes, absolutely. Went to collect the car after completion to be told they had only completed a part fix and was told they couldn't get the part "you'll need to take it to Hyundai ". $700 please. Contacted Hyundai to be told they had the part in stock and sell to My Car all the time. Rang My Car back and said part in stock please can you complete the job? More excuses. Ended up having to go back to Hyundai and start from scratch. Waste of $700!

Ease of getting a booking; prompt contact from Nathan after I had dropped off my car to advise me of work required, costs involved and to discuss options.
After job completed, Explanation provided about work done, warranties for various aspects and the roadside assistance available for me.

I was able to go there on a Saturday morning and they were able to fix puncture quickly.

Booked in for essential plus service and requested to have left headlamp inspected to see if adjustment was possible as i am constantly flashed for having my high beams on. No windscreen fluid added and no information on headlamp adjustment provided. Could have supplied a quote to adjust and cost of windscreen wiper fluid.

All went well in a timely manner, I never had an issue with the quality of work. I am using MyCar since many years and used it for different car makes over time. They always have been very reliable
