The Staff were knowledgeable and friendly.
I had taken my car to have the timing belt replaced.
The staff detailed what had been done on my car and they also did a couple of little jobs I had asked them to do. ( reversing globe replaced and I asked if they could open my gloves box, which was stuck closed).

I think they should focus more one…
I think they should focus more one customer concerns. Told to check one issue later on found out they just casually checked it and casually told me could not find the issue. After receiving the car, while going back I immediately noticed the same issue. Then took back the car to demonstrate the issue to them. Although everyone is cooperative but I was expecting the correct report at first go since paying a lot of money for the services. Except this they were really good.

Fast and friendly service. Rang up about a puncture, was there within 15mins and was seen to and on my way straight away. Great communication and showed me exactly what had happened and how they were going to fix it.
