Flat tyre couldn’t be repaired but thankfully and pleasantly surprised it was still under warranty and had a new one replaced 👍
Hassle free and job completed in quick time.

Last minute puncture repair. Although on phone MyCar was unable to organize a place to repair or replace the Tyre - despite under warranty plan - when we turned up to Kew store they changed the Tyre over to the spare and rang around to see where it could be replaced- not reparable with (another!) nail. Got to northcote store and they fit us in! Well done and how can start our holiday!!

Realised I had a nail in my tyre and was able to book in for a same day assessment. Unfortunately, the tyre was unable to be repaired but they replaced my tyre for a reasonable cost. The guys were really friendly and helpful in sorting my cars issues in a timely manner, even around Xmas! Would recommend their service every time

On discovering a quickly deflating tyre, I was able to organise to drop the car off by lunchtime that day and had it back a couple of hours later. The process was simple and the staff friendly and responsive.

The young guy who managed the work on my car was very polite and courteous but needs some training on how to capture the customers requirements. I spoke to him on the phone after he had done the assessment and he stated there were three items to fix. I instructed him to fix all three, but when I picked up my car only two had been completed. He was apologetic but didn’t offer options for it to be completed and was not proactive.

Very accomodating & helpful. I was able to get my car in on the same day. Great service. Attentive to my needs. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Very quickly repaired a tyre. And given I had bought the tyres from them there was no cost for repair.

Been here once before and thought it was great. Took my car to get serviced (including a battery test) on Thursday, was happy with it. However, it had issues starting the friday and saturday. Turned my car on monday morning and the battery didnt work. I got roadside assistance through my insurance and the mechanic said my battery was dead and needed to be replaced. Could of been a coincidence but thought they would of picked up on it as the service includes battery test. Bit disappointing as I had to fork out more money on my car.

Went for a repair to a punctured tyre and the guys were friendly, courteous and despite my protestations that there was no rush, repaired and refitted the tyre in the time it takes to make a cup of tea and sent me on way.

Will happily have MCT&A Northcote as my go-to for all tyre and servicing.
