The personal attention of your staff…
The personal attention of your staff and their willingness to assist me. It was obvious that this depot was busy but they fitted me in for a wheel alignment. I have gad my tyres checked by this depot before. Your service gives me the confidence to switch my allegiance to this depot for services.

Very friendly
Very friendly, and very good at their job. I had an unusual tyre puncture that didn't look to be repairable. They tried anyway, and they succeeded. I'm a very happy customer.

Honest mechanics
Had a service and expected everything to be done properly. Feel I was taking advantage of because I'm female. I called to report my car had stopped in traffic and my partner checked under the hood and there was no coolant in the radiator which can cause serious damage to the engine. I was told I had to get my car towed to Mycar Richmond so they could check if was their fault because they ASSUMED ALL the top up levels were done properly which they weren't otherwise I wouldn't have had this problem.

Fixed car and charged me without letting me know about costs
They changed my engine mounts but only left one missed call with no voicemail. When I went to pick up my car, they had changed the engine mounts, charged me $550 without telling me the problem or given me a quote. Their option was to change it back if I wasn’t happy. This isn’t good customer service. I would have expected a voicemail message to have be left and given me a chance to call them back.
