Exceptional service at Richmond mycar
I had an outstanding experience with Michael at mycar Richmond yesterday. I was so stressed about my car when I arrived, but Michael’s calm and professional demeanor immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and even though I didn’t think it would be possible to fix everything within the time frame, he moved heaven and earth to make it happen. Not only did he complete the work efficiently, but he also ensured I was back on the road safely. I really appreciated his expertise and how he handled everything with such a level-headed approach. Highly recommend!

Helpful staff. Confirmed that there was a minor oil leak whilst replacing the tyres on the car and provided recommendations on addressing the issue

Extremely Dissatisfied …
I went in to get one problem fixed and discovered after l drove my car home that l have another problem which may have been caused by My Car workers. I now cannot drive my car. After the service they also forgot to put the cover back over my engine (it was left in the workshop) and l had to go back and have it put in.
It would have been appropriate if they had informed me of any other issues with my car. Together with the fact that they forgot essential components to my car and did not inform me of other issues negligent on their part.
I am extremely dissatisfied as the service cost me $1454 and l cannot drive my car.

Amazing service and very friendly
The mechanic at My Car Richmond was incredibly kind and helpful. He looked after us when our car broke down and was very good at his job.

I barely made it to Vic Gardens because…
I barely made it to Vic Gardens because my tyre was going down.
The team made room for me with no notice, fixed my tyre and I was able to continue my working day.
A great human experience in old fashioned customer service! Very rare these days!!!

Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Didnt start the job, didn’t communicate, I just asked for a tyre change. Wasted my day. Customer service was extremely rude and didn’t apologise for the poor service, only to call me ‘sassy’ when I expressed my dissatisfaction
