Rob is such a great asset to Mycar at Pimpama. Tim my amazing mechanic is the best mechanic he gets the job done and my Rav 4 loves him. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Usually good, I booked my wife’s car in and specifically told them not to do a wheel alignment. They did it and charged us for it anyway.

I already filled this out a few days ago. But everyone there was very helpful and respectful in all ways. Extremely friendly and curtious staff. I wouldn't ever think of going elsewhere now.

Ontime and they Did look into my queries.
Easy to book online. I asked for gearbox to be looked at and the manager had team double check his thoughts. They've given their honest opinion which is "we cant see till we look deeper" type of answer and i agree and understand. Easy to change dates on phone. Im happy with service. Thanku.

Dishonest lying salesman
I got offered 2 sets of tyres
A set of cheap tyres for 189 each
And a set of continentals for 215 each
I was recommended that the cheaper tyre was terrible and to go the more expensive option
Only to realise once I had gone on my road trip that they charged me the dearer price and put on the cheap tyres
MyCar Barkly square Brunswick. Avoid at all costs.
