I spoke with a guy called jake to begin with he was so nice and understanding. Made me feel at ease and not judged me he passed me onto a guy called Nathan, again he was very understanding , none judgemental and showed empathy as did Jake. They made the calls easy by asking me to send all letters via WA. Nathan kept in touch and was only a msg away. Im still going through my Iva waiting for acceptance. I have my everything crossed as i feel this could be finally a new chapter to mine and my kids lifes. Thank you

Cherele Ignores every email sent she's useless and doesn't care one bit needs sacking....if you call just someone on the end of the line that does not speak a lick of English they do not care one bit about you avoid at all costs seriously....as for there reply below it's lies takes them forever to reply so ignore what they say I'm telling the truth I can prove it with dates emails are sent

Can’t recommend this company enough

Awful service
Awful service. Tried to cancel my IVA due to having funds available and was hung up on every time I called for support, until I withheld my number...then conveniently the call ended when I spoke to someone and said who I was. They told my banks about the IVA before it was approved so my accounts were all blocked. All it would have taken is a call from them to say I was not subject to an IVA anymore, however this was obviously too difficult for them to do.
Very dissatisfied with the level of care and support I received.

We appreciate how stressful this situation must have been, particularly with concerns around your bank account and your IVA application. Having reviewed your case, we can see that our team did attempt to contact you and arranged callbacks while your usual advisor was unavailable. We also explained that, due to the stage your IVA application had reached, there were aspects of the process that were out of our control and that could not be stopped immediately.
We understand that this will not have changed the frustration you experienced, and we're sorry that you were left feeling unsupported.
