This is great. I talked to Karum Othman. He was great in explaining the procedure. Settled for much better payment plan. There will be a hit on credit score but that i am willing to take in to clear out the debt.

Very easy and clear process, alhamdulilah for something like this!
So far great experience with brother Faris. He has walked me through the process clearly and alhamdulilah lowered my debt amount, aswell as significantly lowered monthly payment with zero interest.
