STOP, they are Scammers!
STOP! Do not supply your credit card info to mydivorcepapers.com. They are no longer in business, however their website makes no mention of that and is still allowing people to sign up for divorce paperwork. But you will never receive paperwork, and additionally they will start charging you a $24.84 monthly "service fee" every month and there's no way to cancel it because their phone number is disconnected, I had to cancel my credit card. Beware.

RIDICULOUS!! WHY DOES IT MATTER WHAT MY HEIGHT AND WEIGHT IS OR WHAT COLOR MY EYES ARE?? OR WHERE I OR MY SOON TO BE EX WORK?? WE HAVE AGREEDED ON EVERYTHING AND JUST WANTED IT TO BE SIMPLE EASY QUICK DIVORCE PAPER PREPARATIONS!!!!

DO NOT USE! Paid for the service and started to fill out forms. Next day my log in won't work. Verified the login inform was correct. Their phone number is disconnected. They don't respond to emails. Highly concerned I provided a lot of personal and financial information to a company that is either a scam or no long in operation.

Edit: after this review, several others, along with a call to my credit card company, and many not very kind emails to the company, I was contacted and my forms were made available. I’ll keep updating to let you know if the forms are accepted at my court, but for now we go up to 3 stars from 1

No replies to email, phone not connected, chat feature on site doesn’t work. So far it seems I’ve given every bit of vital information to a total scam. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I am having a very hard time downloading my paperwork. I have no way to contact the company the phone number just rings once and hangs up

Be aware they will charge you 24.00 a month after you pay the 190 for there services. Also the papers are not correct I put in all the correct info an it's still printed the wrong county!!! I emailed my case worker to no avail. Can't get them to reply back. Or even try to help. I would not recommend this company to anyone..

I have sent several emails since the beginning of the year requesting our forms so we can begin processs to no avail. Our year of separation was up on Jan 1, 2023 and my support person sent me an email in Aug 2022 that the process would be on hold until we said to start at the new year. Well the clock is ticking, our Better Business office and State's Attorney office are waiting for my response. To date your 15 years of saisfactory service you discuss has not impressed me. Waiting for forms.

It was easy to follow the directions and complete the forms.

the phone number provided is completely USELESS and is the "chat" function and no one has responded to my 3 e-mails I've sent to have someone reach out to me. Have a working phone number and a real chat and email function!

Fraud! As numerous reviews state. They take your money and provide NOTHING in return. Their phone number doesn’t work. The customer service links are all broken. None of the downloads are readable or printable.

Wish I could give no stars. They took my money, charged my card an additional $24.95 and I still have nothing. No answer when I call. The phone just clicks and goes dead. I don't know how they are getting away with this.

Fraud! This company is no longer is service, but takes your money

My divorce is uncontested and my former spouse and I are amicable which lead me to believe that a simple divorce form writing service would be an affordable option for us to finalize the divorce, especially as I am the only one who can take on even a small financial burden like this. My ex has multiple members of his family with the same name, making it crucial that his name is correct, not to mention they are legal documents. These ***** managed to use 2 incorrect versions of his name in multiple places, on the forms themselves and the website yet my inputting of his name is correct. I made 2 separate requests for this to be edited and both times that came with an additional "monthly subscription" of ~$25. The second request resulted in an email from their customer support informing me that I had to download the forms for them to be edited which I did, not realizing that that made me ineligible for a refund. I still did not receive any edits to the forms so I did submit a request for a refund which I was then denied on the basis that I downloaded the forms already and am in possession of the product which I paid for.

Having trouble with the website but called the customer service and they sent email which was helpful instructing me on next steps.

I had a lot of trouble with the website. They also told me I had a "caseworker" who would help me and gave me the name in an email and phone number. First of all the phone number was wrong and when I calledp it went to a general line. I had trouble filling in some of the fields, some didn't work and had to submit a ticket, and the number fields don't take a decimal or you get an error message with no explanation. I needed a lot of information about my husband that i can't get because we are separated and it's not amicable.
The fee is NON-REFUNDABLE with only a few exceptions.

So far I’ve had a lot of trouble trying to process it. I filed back in January, & I’m just now getting somewhere. I wasn’t told I’d have to go through all the steps just to get a divorce.
