I have had great experience dealing with MyEnergy Solutions team. I attained quotations from various companies and at the end decided to go with MyEnergy Solutions due to their competitive quote and extended workmanship warranty. An absolute pleasure to deal with all the staff from proposals team to office staff to installation team. Would highly recommend to anyone considering solar system.

Simple process of discussing what I wanted in my solar PV and battery storage requirements. A quick survey, quick finance arrangement and on the day of fitting all work was complete in 6 hours and I was generating energy and saving on my bills that same day

Competitive price, office staff were and are still helpful should I require support. No issues with deployment, I had to wait for my batteries much longer than I anticipated but it was more the manufacturing side rather than my energy solutions. Would recommend them to anyone wanting a solar deployment. Could have been quicker to deploy but at the time energy prices were soaring hardware was in demand. All those supply and demand issues were resolved early in the year so you won’t suffer the same problem.

Overall been impressed I did have an initial fault which they attend and resolved pretty quickly. Items such as batteries where placed where I asked them to be placed. Reduced bills significantly since moving to solar and in the main end up with refunds from my supplier. Also still get comms from my energy solutions on batter life and settings of which I’m about to change. All in all very good!

So, started off on a good path reasonable price. Later down the line after requesting premium solar skirts around the solar panels I find myself arguing with the company. I tell them they aren’t fitted correctly and I’m being pressured to accept that was the best they could do and they followed the instructions. I was told they fit hundreds of solar skirts and no one else ever complained. I rang SolarSkirt and they sent their own installer out who asked if they even read the instructions and said they did a terrible install. After three attempts we finally got there and they paid for Solar Skirt to come out and fix the issues. Unfortunately the SunSync app still doesn’t save any settings that are set so still running into issues.

Having finally decided to install solar panels with storage I looked into who and what was available. Admittedly I was nervous. From my initial interaction with MyEnergySolutions everything went to plan. After agreeing what my installation would be the timeline was followed precisely. Subsequent contact with questions have been answered fully. With hindsight I needn’t have worried.

I received a proposal for solar panels, inverter and battery storage. I have some knowledge of the sector and researched the proposal. The solar panels proposed are no longer manufactured by the company (Longi), they have a new range and the model number provided is not even listed by the manufacturer. The inverter provided was a 5kw which would require a G99 form for selling excess to the grid, this as a cost between £300-£700 which was not mentioned in the quote and I presume therefore will be an 'unexpected cost' during the work. The proposal was produced without a site survey, one was not even offered, as such the panels proposed did not fit on the roof, by a considerable amount. They did not ask for energy usage readings or bills and then provided a statement in the proposal and a very pretty graph showing the savings and return on investment as amazingly good. Because the numbers were picked form thin air they don't represent any reality. I contacted them about this and have received no reply, they were regularly emailing and texting chasing the sale, but since asking the questions and highlighting the issues have gone quiet. I have contacted the accredited bodies they list on their website to explain this and discovered they are not in the Trust Mark database or the MCS Certified databases.

Just had my Solar Panels fitted by My Energy Solutions and I cannot be happier with the whole process, no pushy sales techniques used by others very informative and happy to discuss your needs. The installers arrived promptly and worked there socks off without a break to get my install done in just over 7 hours. The app is brilliant so can see exactly what's happening and haven't spent a penny running a 5 bedroom house since amazing can't recommend enough.

A very professional company. They explained every stepand made sure that I am pleased with the system and the installation. I could say that is one of the few businesses focused on the customer as well not only to profit.

I chose Myenergy because they are a local firm and if I had any issues I could go and see them. However that was not needed. From start to finish they stayed in contact updating me at every stage. Great service from the company particularly the technical knowledge and support from Jonathan during the initial project scoping phase investigating a variety of options around array size and different battery storage options. Very thorough in terms of the initial site survey, working hard to maximise the size of the array across two roof aspects.
Good clear communication from Rebecca on the run up to installation and quick to respond to questions and resolve a few paperwork issues. The installation required a second visit to complete bird proofing of the installation as this had not been communicated to the installers, but the resolution was quick and without any hassle.
The installation team were professional and made a neat job of the whole installation.
Price of the job was competitive and there were no surprises.

I will have had 5 solar panel systems from my energy solutions. 1 on my home and 4 on property I rent out. What I needed from each system was very different. My home was all about increasing solar power and adding batteries. My home is fully electric plus an electric car so I wanted to make the most of the sunlight.
My rental properties were all about improving the properties EPC rating and calculating the right amount of panels and size of the system was key to improve the rating without needing batteries. It will also be a great benefit for my tenants.
I could not recommend my energy solutions enough. The eye for detail and listening to my requirements was great. It was not all about selling you everything it was about selling you what you needed to meet my needs. My home system was no doubt more complex than most adding to a property with solar already and at different times of the day the power requirements can be high when force charging the batteries, charging the car and heating the house with an air source pump. We had a few issues with the power tripping and my energy solutions have great after sales service and made sure the system was adjusted to work perfectly.
There is a lot of solar companies out there, but not many that will do as good a job as my energy solutions. The my energy solutions team Jonathan, Will and Rebecca were all extremely helpful from start to finish. I will not hesitate to use them in the future as I continue to upgrade my rental properties. Decided to go with this company because they don’t use high pressure sales like some They give good advice and price Went for 5,4 KW with 5.8KW battery storage The fitters work was neat and tidy inverter and battery fitted in garage You get on line monitoring So in February 2022 we used 298KW February 2023 65KW

Brilliant service from MyEnergy Solutions. Very proactive company who nothing is to much trouble. We had a 7Kw Solar Panels and Battery installed at the end of January. The price was very competitive. The system has been excellent even this time of year, we are using little grid electric. If we are planning a heavy usage day we simply make sure the battery is charged with the cheap right over night. I have an EV and take advantage of the Solar power to help charge this aswell via a Zappi charger. The installation and design team were excellent, taking me though every step. After installation support has been excellent when I had questions, there were responded to really quickly. Highly recommended if you are considering a Solar installation. Special thanks to Will, Rebecca and Jonathan.

What impressed me the most was the time the Technical Director spent with me explaining the various elements of the system and the pros and cons of various add ons. They also reassured me about the quality and reliability of the inverter and batteries. The installation took 1.5 days and the installers were courteous and knowledgeable. I have no problem recommending this company and we are the second installation from them in this street;

So far so good, found this company online and was pleased to get an indication of costings based on our requirements upfront without the need of sitting through a 3 hour presentation which we had endured with several other solar company’s before we agreed to go ahead with My Energy Solutions. Prices were very competitive and staff all very down to earth and pleasant to deal with. Our 7.2KW 16 panel system is now installed (as of teatime yesterday) with Hybrid Solax Inverter which is really good kit. The Solax battery is on back order until January… We have been promised the battery will be installed to complete the system as soon as it arrives, our costings were adjusted accordingly so we were not carrying the cost of the battery while we wait for it. Looking forward to some clear days to see what we can generate from the system. Its been the worst day ever to test solar today with thick grey cloud cover, we had some encouraging results this afternoon when the sun was highest in the sky, the house was fully self sufficient on the panels for a while, Not bad for a rainy day in November.

Fantastic company to deal with. Professional and quality service. We recently had a solar and battery fitted by the company. They came and surveyed the property answered any questions and dealt with our responses in a timely manner. System works great and really happy with the savings we are seeing from our energy bill.

I am writing this for my sister, who is 70 yrs old with a long term illness.
This company were responsible for installing a boiler and several radiators for her under the gov heating scheme 1.5 yrs ago.
The work wasn't good and my sister has complained ever since eventually an engineer has inspected the work and has sealed off her boiler. The flu which takes the fumes out of the ceiling had fallen into the roof, collapsing all the pipes and leaving a hole in the roof. She had told them for months that the flu was leaning over.
She has had no heating, no means of cooking for 5 days. The engineer tried to contact this business eventually they answered, they promised him they would come out the next day, which they didn't, and then today Saturday, which they haven't. My sister eventually spoke to a lady there a Rebecca, who said they had subcontracted the work out in the first place and she would email the men. We still haven't heard anything. And my elderly disabled sister is distressed and depressed. She lost her husband 1 Yr ago onto of all this additional stress.
I have made a written complaint to the gov scheme and the engineers company have reported this terrible neglect to the offsgem.
We are still awaiting someone to rectify this poor workmanship and turn my sisters heating on.
