Fabulosa Avis 

The shipping policy falsely advertises orders are processed the next working day and received within 3-7.
Evidently from previous reviews, the current delays are nothing new, yet the policy continues to show misinformation.

I ordered 10 days ago and all Fabulosa have done is create the Shipping label. Not even dispatched. They invite emails on their website but leave them unanswered.
Around a week into waiting I was sent a bulk mailing list email of an "apology discount"... 10% adds insult to injury. You get more from the daily 'Mystery discount' emails! As if 10% is incentive to want to part with my money and repeat this waste of time. 50% wouldn't be enough!

I fully expect the items to be damaged if they ever make it here as this also seems to be a recurrent theme.

Edit 14/6: the Furbulosa Bottle did, in fact, arrive leaking. I don't know why a plastic seal isn't placed under the lid, like any cosmetic bottle would. I also don't know why cleaning bottles would be left to rattle about during transit in a empty cardboard box..?

If the company can't get a customer's order to them even close to the advertised timescale, nor spare what must be (1p~2p?) of recycled cardboard paper to pad out and secure their customer's items, it would suggest the company is not one who cares about their customers!

I'm still waiting to be issued a refund since royal mail had damaged the packages and shipping clearly shows it was received back by the company. I love the products but I cant afford to purchase the same thing repeatedly and getting no refund or product. I'm literally throwing money away. Package shows it was accepted by the company 9th April

I placed my order on May 25th, it then took three emails and nine days for my order to be sent out for delivery and when it was delivered I have only received half of my order. One of the bottles had leaked as there was no packing in the box only the bottles in a plastic bag.

Love the fragrance of these products and brilliant value

I love the fabulousa products but every time I’ve ordered of the TikTok shop there as always been a problem not by your company but by the delivery company u use evri they either leave it on doorstep to be stolen and put down on the paperwork it was signed for or the products are damaged or give u a delivery date and time and don’t even turn up then lie saying it’s only just got to my local sorting office but on the tracking it was there 2 days prior and out for delivery still not received it got a refund but that’s not the point

Love fabulosa cleaning products. Does the job and leaves fresh clean smell. Best thing is the price . It's expensive cleaning and fabulosa is the answer for cleaning and saving money

I love all the fabulousa range! I first came across them during Covid when I needed anti-bac wipes & Fabulosa were all that were left on the shelves & I’ve bought them since. It’s only the 2nd time I’ve ordered off their website, but I’ll be making a habit of it now. Their products are well, Fabulous! They do exactly what it “says on the tin”, smell amazing, there’s a huge range & their prices are very affordable. Their website is easy to navigate, straightforward to order & you’re kept up to date from order to delivery.
I definitely recommend Fabulosa, & if you’ve never tried them, grab a bundle off their website, you really wont be disappointed, but be quick, they sell out very fast!
All in all, it’s a brilliant brand that is well worth the money.

Smells lovely

I ordered from Fabulosa through TikTok Shop and received three separate orders, all of which arrived damaged due to poor packaging. Items were simply placed in a plastic bag inside a box with very little protection.
When I contacted Fabulosa through TikTok, they just told me to contact TikTok Shop customer service instead of dealing with the issue themselves. As a result, I was left with damaged products and no proper resolution.
Very disappointing experience. Poor packaging, damaged goods, and unhelpful customer service. I would not recommend.

I love theses products and the cherry ones smell divine. I would love if you also had washing up liquid and floor cleaner. My house smells lovely when I use it and it is good value for money. I had one issue which was one of the products was leaking in transit so I had wipe down all the bottles.

Awful !!! Purchased on tick tock , confident as your details were on the order of issues !!!! Contacted yourselves to explain goods damaged and not of merchantable quantity, leaking and damaged. Contacted the email to no avail , told it was a third party seller and there was nothing they could do. I have spoken to tick tock. NO REPLACEMENT , NO REFUND , just wasted £20 . I have been a fabalossa user for many years but won’t again and to top this you keep sending me emails from you to the address I gave the 3 rd party disgusting , just an update fabalosa gave a response of there products are wonderful bla de bla after this review and just gave me contact details for them . Still banging my head against a brick wall DO NOT PURCHASE PRODUCTS ON THE UNFERSTANDING THAT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL SORT THINGS OUT !!! They do not and you will be out of pocket . Awful awful company

Very happy smells really nice a nice fragrance to our flat really like it well worth the price

I love all the different scents. My favourite is probably black rose but I do love the cherry bomb car perfume. All with the added bonus of being antibacterial. And delivered really quickly.

Ordered quite a few different items to try as had already tried dome products and was very impressed . I am so far very pleased with my purchase.
The original order wasn't delivered on time as it was damaged in transit , but I telephoned fabulosa and explained and I new order was sent out and delivered the next day.
I will definitely be buying more products when I have used the ones I have.
Overall very happy with both the customer service and the products.

Great service, friendly efficient and professional.
Products are superb quality with an excellent choice of fragrance.
