Really love this companies goods
Really love this companies goods, other are ok but the choice of using some different smells is just delightful.
I tend to also blend the smells so I get even more range and surprise the guys at work as they never know what's will be next and they try to guess what I'm using.
Oh and their liquids work not harsh on my hads either.

I ordered around £20 worth of cleaning products direct from Fabulosa.
A couple of days later Amazon shipping advised they would deliver the next day, however, the next day I got another message from Amazon shipping advising my order had been damaged in transit and would not be delivered.
I have emailed Fabulosa twice (with no reply) and I've tried calling many many many times using every available option (there are 5) and no one answers, the only option is to leave a message and not to remain on hold, why would I want to do that when I've sent emails that have gone unanswered,
I'm left wondering if this company is still operating, and if it is I very much doubt it will be doing so for very much longer if this is how it treats it's customers.
I certainly won't be ordering from them again, and I am thankful I did not spend more than £20

Falsely Advertised & bad packaging
I ordered my first bundle ever from Fabulosa and when it arrived the contents were not what was advertised, plus some of the bottles had leaked during transport so it was not a good first impression. When i sent it back (ordered via tiktok) it was the tiktok system that issued my refund because Fabulosa didn’t even have the decency to look at my return details so it then timed out and for ed tiktok to take over and handle and issue the refund. I will not be ordering again from this company.

Delayed Delivery & Mixed Feelings
My order took around two weeks to arrive due to delays. While they offered me 10% off my next order, it felt quite low considering the length of the delay. I’ve smelt their products in other homes and usually love it so I decided to try order a good 15 products inc a bundle.
I also chose the baby powder scent, but sadly it didn’t smell like baby powder to me - more like cheap, chemical baby wipes. On a better note the ‘Exotic’ scent is amazing and leaves a great lasting smell
