I ordered a custom t-shirt for my partner with my face on it multiple times to wear the day after our wedding. I uploaded pictures to their website, some of which had more than just myself in it but if you looked at the pictures as a whole, it was very clear whose face should be included and whose shouldn’t. I thought it was strange that they didn’t send me a mock design. I received the t shirt well after the expected delivery date and was extremely disappointed with the outcome. They had gone through the effort of cutting my face out of the background but not to cut any additional people. Even then, some of the crops were straight lines so it just look disjointed. Furthermore, they added lightning graphics across the T-shirt which ended up actually covering my face as well. I reached out via email hoping for a re-print or refund and was initially only given a 10% discount on my next purchase. However, after some back and forth and upon request, they did offer a 50% refund.

Product was better than I could have imagined! The image of my Dog was vibrant and clear. I ordered another one immediately as a gift for family. Loved it! X

I had placed an order for a puzzle and realized that i had made a mistake in the order after it was already placed. I used the "contact us" button to request a change to my order. Within a few hours Sara had got back to me on what to do to get the order fixed the way i want it

The quality of the cushion cover was amazing. Took a bit longer for delivery but that can be expected over the festive season, they did refund my shipping costs which shows me they are a reliable, competent company. Many thanks 😊

I love the 2 pajama pants I got for my daughter's for Christmas. Each has a picture of their pet. I can't wait to give them the gift. So much I may do it on Christmas Eve 😄. The product itself was very good and easy to build. The only thing was that I didn’t get shipping/tracking updates at all so I did have to message them for it but they were quick to respond and help out! They sent me info and also answered some questions I had all within a day or two. Good product and good customer service!

Really unhappy with the customer service. I never received the shipment, I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks. When I told the customer service they said to get in touch with DHL myself, to get ride of me. I tried but only the sender can open a case with DHL, they are now unresponsive and won't return me the money. Really BAD customer experience

Very reliable. I was 50/50 purchasing from a website that had never purchased from before due to scamming etc. I received my order exactly when it said it would arrive and the quality and material is unreal and the pictures are not blurry at all. The sizes are correct.. my Shop app informed me that it was delivered elsewhere but came to my house that was the only confusion so I did send an email about this and I was helped straight away. No complaints whatsoever. I will definitely be ordering again. Amazing birthday or Christmas ideas or just a gag gift. Love them. Thank you so much.
